I had Mpls St Paul Plumbing Heating and Air come out to give an estimate on replacing a outsides spigot. Mike ****** came to our door, he was very professional, prompt and polite. Not only did he give me an estimate, he was prepared to fix the spigot right there on the spot. It was done in no time. Before he left, he helped me with one more issue. The other outside spigot had leaks too and he took the time to explain why. He went above and beyond and just tighten a part on the spigot and the hose with his channel locks. No more leaks! We live in a condo and he had to go to the roof of our 3-level building for part of our service, and the rain began to pour, but, although he was soaked, he did the work without complaint. He made some friendly conversation, explained not just the work that should be done, but tips to continue to care for the system well. Bruce A did most of the work for me today. I had thought I needed some washers replaced, the main drain cleaned out, and a leaky pipe in the basement repaired or replaced. The job turned out to be much more than I had thought. My experience with Minneapolis St Paul Plumbing Heatind and Air was terrific. The customer service staff is easy to reach, familiar with their services and healed schedule me for a same day visit to tune up my air conditioner. The service technician explained the process and tuned the unit and checked airflow in my home to ensure all was working properly.

I called to have my A/C tuned up for the season and was greeted in a punctual and friendly fashion by Drew P the following day. He arrived with a friendly and chipper attitude and had got started with his diagnostics right away. His candor while explaining the results of his check up with me was exceptional, and have not experienced his level of professionalism with any other service company. Drew did a fantastic job and really set the bar high for other companies to try to follow.
