Thomas E came to my house on a busy time with summer and the temperatures getting hot, right before July 4th, It was a relief to hear that Thomas E could come out and check out my unit. It's an old Central Air unit and it just wasn't cooling the house. Thomas E. gave me a realistic outlook of what I was up against and helped me keep the old beast alive by diagnosing the problem and making it run much more efficiently. Also, Thomas E. was pleasant and great to work with. He not only performed the job, but was fun to spend time with. Most people don't like when customers watch everything they are doing, but Thomas E. was happy to teach me the things I needed to learn about my Central Air as a home owner. I would gladly recommend his service to a friend and was again, real happy that they were able to come out during such a busy time with such short notice. Todd came and gave us a very reasonable and fair bid as I had asked. We accepted the bid and he returned the next day with all needed equipment and completed all of the work in a day. Two completely new basement washtubs, drains and water supplies and shutoffs. Repair work on our water meter. New outside water tap and internal shut off valve. Thanks Todd and MSP, great job. I live in South Minneapolis, and had Jeremy Petersen come out to take a look at a toilet that was leaking. Jeremy was very professional, took a look at the possible problems, and explained all my options and prices.
I decided to install a new toilet over the existing repair of the older one. Jeremy had everything he needed in his truck, including the type of toilet I was looking for. Less than two hours later, he had it installed, and had carted the old one away.
He did a great job, and was very friendly. Excellent work! I'll be calling you guys next time for sure.

After having St. Paul Plumbing and Heating out a couple of times for the same issue (bad Nest base/thermostat) I finally got Thomas who correctly identified the problem and helped us get our heating and cooling back in working order. He asked great probing questions to hear what the issues were, what I had done personally, and recapped what he had learned from previous repair attempts - Viola! I recently had a water leak in my utility room so I called Minneapolis St Paul Plumbing. I called them on a Friday evening after I got home from a long week at work and they made it 100% effortless for me. I got off the phone, softly after the plumber arrived fixed my leak and it had only been a couple of hours. Todd was the plumber he was very professional, knowledgable and efficent. He taught me how to change my new carbon filters and how to reduce my energy costs by keeping the coils on my exterior unit clean. Tom E is AWESOME. We moved in to a new house and on the day we moved in our central A/C stopped working. I called MSP and Tom came out to tell me the bad news that the A/C had a leak and it would be advantageous to replace it. He was able to get the installers out the same day and get us a new furnace before the weekend. Also, when we had a few small issues he resolved them quickly and gave me tips on how to get the most out of our new A/C. WE ARE RETURN CUSTOMERS. OVER THE YEARS WE BOUGHT A FURNACE IN THE MIDDLE OF A BLIZZARD AND THEY EVEN RETURNED WITH HEATERS TO GET US THROUGH. WE MOVED AND THEY INSTALLED THE NEW AC AND AIR FILTER. WITH THE SERVICE PLAN THEY HAVE KEPT IT CLEAN AND WORKING WELL. ALWAYS QUICK SERVICE AND BY GREAT EMPLOYEES. LAST WEEK WE HAVE THE FLOOR DRAIN CLEANED OUT TO THE STREET AND TODAY THE AC TUNED. I had a great experience with Mike ******** from Minneapolis St Paul Plumbing Heating & Air. Our 30 year old heater went out in February and we had a complete new one installed, today was our free maintenance and review of the unit. Everything was running well but we do have some issues w our 26 year old AC unit. Mike was great! Honest, gave me details and options for us regarding extending the longevity of our old ac unit as well as increasing it's efficiency. Even what it would cost to replace the unit before it's a 90 degree day and the unit stops working. I was very pleased with everything and also received an email From Mike detailing everything. Minneapolis Saint Paul Plumbing - Heating - Air, sent out my favorite plumber, Bruce ******** on May 26, 2015 to repair a bath tub faucet. My house is 91 years old so nothing is an easy quick fix! Bruce always patiently assesses the situation and presents best and worst case scenarios so there are no surprises. Fortunately, the worst case scenario did not come to fruition! Bruce's expertise with older homes, his professionalism and optimistic attitude always yield a happy ending! We just moved into a new townhouse and it seemed like almost everything that used water had an issue including 4 bathrooms and the kitchen sink. Our service expert Mike Morris was on time, diagnosed problems quickly, gave rational advice and was able to give an estimate AND start work on the same day. He treated us and our home with respect and was courteous throughout his time in our home. He had parts and materials on his truck saving both of us time. Considering how much work actually had to be done, after the job was finished there was not one space or spot that was left for us to clean up - it was like he was never here except our plumbing is now in top-notch condition.
