Ivo A was the technician assigned to perform the yearly maintenance and repair of my 30-year-old Central AC system. He did great job of going beyond to ensure my everything worked. I had previously diagnosed the broken part in the rooftop compressor and he did not doubt me as other repair personnel have done. Ivo worked to verify the problem and then expertly fixed it. He then ran the system through a full test while being a good conversationalist - he explained everything that I asked and did not get annoyed as my inquisitiveness. I really enjoyed knowing all that was happening and he let me assist when I volunteered where could speed up his repair efforts. After we were done, Ivo took extra time to help me measure out the space for when I need to purchase a replacement Central AC unit though he gets no sales bonus for this added work. The Technicians, Victor A., Frank B., Mike L. and Joe M. did an amazing job with our Heating and Cooling Installation. We were told the job would take approximately 3 days and these technicians did the job in 2 days. They were very prompt, friendly and answered all our questions professionally. We would highly recommend these technicians to be assigned to other future projects.
We would also like to take this time to thank Glenn Reger who came to our home to explain in detail what Meyer & Depew has to offer regarding Heating and Cooling Systems.

I was referred to Meyer and Depew from a friend based on how honest and professional they were. From the first phone call to M&D, Susan picked up and was very helpful. She went above and beyond customer service. I had 2 technicians, both Ian and Chris. Both were extremely knowledgeable and honest. You can tell they were there to fix your problem without tacking on unnecessary services. After they diagnosed the issues, they wanted to confirm they had made the correct decision which meant hundreds or thousands of dollars. Their Branch Manager was able to come onsite to give his lifelong wealth of knowledge to the manner. To have the Branch Manager come on site shows you the dedication to customer service.

Frank, Victor and Emerson installed my new A/C system. Protected all the floors (even the steps!) and proceeded to remove the old and put in the new. Excellent group of guys - very polite, hard-working and extreme attention to detail. Upon completion of the job, they walked me through all the components, maintenance requirements, etc. Looking around afterwards, they had cleaned up so well you'd never know all this work was done. I was very pleased with the service I received today from Johvann Ortiz. His servicing of my air conditioning systems was very thorough. I was surprised and pleased when he cleaned the compressors with a hose. He is hard working, neat, and polite. I would be pleased to see him again on future service calls.

Our a/c did not start up this year called for a service call this morning and was given a service call today did not catch persons name I talked to about service call but that person should get 5 stars also. Anderson C. was amazing and had a/c up and running within 15 mins. a blown fuse and no fuss. Last year had another technician was not as happy with that technician. Anderson C. 06/05/19 |

These gentlemen just left my house and I could not be happier with the work they did. They were kind and considerate and left the house clean and orderly. We use Meyer and Depew for our home HVAC and our son's home as well. Frank, Charles, and Ulysses installed a new AC system in our son's home last week. They were on time, courteous, neat, and efficient, as are all the technicians, salespeople (Glenn is the most recent salesperson who advised us on the AC).
