I have a yearly contract with Meyer & Depew for my Air Conditioner System. George is the Tech I request if possible to do the work. I had received letter letters from Meyer & Depew for a few years.My Air Conditioner is over 20 years old and I have have had no issues and the system works very good. Juraj (George) arrived at my home on time and was very pleasant and fixed my issues in a timely. My issue was a overflow with the Air Conditioner pan. Juraj checked my Air Conditioner and determined there were no additional issues. I really appreciate him being honest with me. He did state that I needed a safety switch to assist with the over issue in the future. I appreciated that because this is the second time the the water has overflowed in the pan. The first time the company tech did not inform me of this device.
Juraj arrived for my second appointment exactly on time, 7:30 AM ( the Appointment was 7:30-11AM). He installed the device in no time and I am totally satisfied with Meyer & Depew. I have truly found a company I can trust when it comes to Air Conditioner repair :) :) :) Juraj K. 03/18/21 |

I had an appt with Meyer & Depew Heating & Air Conditioning in Feb 2020. George was my Tech who arrived to service my Air Conditioner. I always request him because of his professionalism and knowledge. In the past with my old system, he was always honest concerning my repairs. He also helped me when the old system broke down. Honestly was not very happy with the pushiness and lying of the salesperson whom came and immediately said we needed a new furnace on the coldest weekend of the year (Jan 17, 18, and 19) then stated someone would be there the next day (Saturday) which didn’t happen, but they came and brought us space heaters and he promised after several calls that someone would be there 7am Monday....Monday came and the men showed up at about 8 which is their standard starting time, both technicians Mike M and Nick K more than made up for the behavior of the salesperson. They were neat, efficient, quiet, and did the best they could to not make a lot of noice or mess. These two guys worked from 8am to 6pm without taking a break despite my offering them coffee. They were also very honest about the amount of time it would take to remove the old furnace and place a new one. Mike went over all the details with me and patiently explained how everything works when the job was completed. Would of given them 5 stars for their performance but unfortunately the salesman takes away at least one for giving away false dates and times. Would of appreciated honesty from the beginning. Mike M. was very informative when he and Victor A. installed a new gas furnace. They advised the hot water heater was on it's way out. I recently took a big leap and bought an investment property. At first I hesitated to go for a service contract with an HVAC company, but so glad I did. Meyer & Depew was highly recommended to me so I contacted them for information. They were responsive but not pushy. I decided it made good business sense to go forward with them and since then they’ve been out to my building twice.
They’re very nice on the phone, and I appreciated being able to also submit a service order online.
The first visit entailed a (thorough!) fall maintenance, and replacement of a small part. Kris was the tech and seemed to go the extra mile in covering everything, including replacing an obscure dirty filter in a high ceiling.
The second visit was done by Kyle, who found the reason for a new problem with one of my systems. The issue was so minor that he didn’t charge me.

My heating and A/C install was on a Sat. Yes, a Saturday! 3 technicians came, Frank B., Frank B. and Ulises. All were very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Frank B. informed me of what was taking place during the install and at the end went over how to use the new equipment and instructed me on the maintenance of the new units. This company is fantastic. This summer we started their annual service plan which covers the annual inspections of both our HVAC, and our furnace. Over the summer I was able to get a reasonably scheduled inspection of our air conditioner, and the technician was very nice, and thorough.
Today we had Ivo here to inspect our furnace, and he was exceptionally through! He disassembled the furnace parts, and cleaned them like they've never been cleaned before! The system water sensor wasn't working properly, and we thought it was going to have to be replaced, but Ivo cleaned the parts, and it started working again saving us some money!

I needed to replace a broken AC unit after moving into our new home. I got 4 quotes and chose Meyer and Depew based on Glenn's no pressure sales and very informative and honest analysis of our home. Additionally, we have an older furnace that works fine, but was not running efficiently (this was pointed out by other companies). Instead of trying to sell us furnace, Glenn suggested a new return drop.
Frank, Victor and John showed up and worked quickly to remove and replace the condenser and coil, and also completely remove and redo all parts outside of our furnace. While they did work quickly, they were not rushing at all. They were friendly and I felt comfortable asking questions at any point while they were here. They were not messy at all, but cleaned up when they were done and even carried in packages that were left outside. After they finished, Frank went over step by step everything that they did. He answered every question with patience (I had a lot). I could not be happier with the outstanding customer service and work from start to finish. Routine maintenance visits each season keep everything working smoothly. During a recent maintenance check Lou noticed that makeshift solution to a part that my husband had rigged up years ago was not going to last much longer. He spent time looking for materials that he could use to fix the issue so that I would not wind up with water on the floor in the near future.

We had M & D replace a failed heat pump with an attic furnace A/C combination unit. They installed a new gas line from the meter up to the attic, removed the old unit, installed the new. We now have efficient A/C and Great Heat in that area. We never had great heat there before. The team was reliable, punctual, neat and fast and knowledgeable. We couldn't be happier. I needed replacement of my a/c unit during a very busy time this summer. The response from Meyer & Depew was great given it was a very busy time of the year.....and during a heatwave. Meyer & Depew came out quickly to give us our options. Frank B and Victor A removed the old system (located in our finished attic...with carpeting)! without ANY damage to the carpet or walls! Frank and Victor installed a new central air system today. They showed up on time, exceedingly polite, professional, and friendly. They worked all day, the project was completed in less time than I anticipated their work was great — neat, no mess and best part? We had cool air by the afternoon!
