Ryan B. came out for a routine a/c maintenance call and I mentioned a concern I had with our water heater. He checked it out, called in for a cost and fixed it on the spot. Ryan was professional, courteous and pleasant. He explained all costs and the work that he did. There was no mess in the basement when he left and he didn't seem to mind my cats. I thank Jennings for calling me to remind me that it was time for my a/c check up, for their prompt service, their competitive prices and for their competent, friendly employees.

Ben W, Jennings Tech came out to check our AC as part of our annual plan with Jennings. He has been here before and always does a thorough job. He found a problem with the AC and also found a small leak in the water line to our water heater and recommended that it should be taken care. Our neighbor recently had a break in that water line and flooded the home substantially. So we were glad he found it. Our heat pump stopped cooling this last Monday, August 29. Thought that maybe it's time for a new one. Fortunately Ryan Brogan from Jennings was able to come out early Tuesday morning and quickly diagnose the problem- a faulty capacitor and a bad wire connection to it. And because he had a replacement capacitor with him, he got our A/C back working in no time. Thanks, Ryan!

Jennings Heating is a very reliable company, with trained personnel, using the mots reliable equipment. I recently purchased a condo that needed many improvements. After a service call by Jennings they advised me that the furnace, air conditioner, and water heater were all in bad shape, and should be replaced. They made me an offer that i could not refuse to have them all replaced. They came and installed everything in a prompt and professional manner.

Can't say enough good things about Jennings in general, and Andy in particular. He's very nice, friendly, polite and knowledgeable. He did a great job - came out at night in the midst of these 90 plus degree days when our air went out....and found the problem, ordered the needed part and was back the next day to install it. Again, a great job!

Good experience. Jeff was thorough and courteous. Our problems were diagnosed and we were back up in 30 minutes. Pricing was very reasonable. Consider that they have commercial experience which gives them an advantage when dealing with residential systems.

Called this afternoon with an air conditioner problem. Lucky day for me because another customer wasn't available for their appointment. I had a technician arrive an hour or so later and get my "coolness" back. Unlucky for the little mouse that got into the outside unit and "fried".

Technician was wonderful. Can't say enough about his professional work and work ethics. One thing that is highly bothering me is that we were told that a few years ago that you were having issues with the same part that went bad in our furnace, air conditioning unit, yet you still sold them and one to us. If you knew the part was going bad in this kind of unit how can your customer be charged any service call or anything. I feel it should have been fixed for free without any service call cost. You sold us product knowing that there was issues with product, and a product we have had for I think 2 years. Nothing should be wrong with a 2 year product.

I have been dealing with Jennings for a few years now and could not be more satisfied. The service and communication have been exceptional. When we moved last year into our new home Jennings was one of my first calls to clean and check out the system in our home and to sign up for their gold prigram. They always let me know of other services and devices I could purchase from them but it is never a hard sell. I sincerely recommend them.

My A/C conked out on August 1. I was lucky that, due to a cancellation, Jennings was able to come out on the 4th to install a new unit. Two men (one was Dave B) worked hard for most of the day. Everything went smoothly, they checked out everything. When they left, everything was clean and tidy.

Because my previous HVAC guy retired, I recently signed a one-year Preventive Maintenance agreement with you for the system at my condo. Within a few days, Holly at your office scheduled a first visit. As promised, on the day of the appointment I received an email saying technician Darjon M. was on his way. Darjon arrived on time. He was courteous, professional, and technically savvy. After testing my system, he found two motor capacitors which were about to fail. He had the parts on his truck and -- after receiving an okay from me -- he installed them during the visit. (Darjon is a credit to your organization!) Thank you Darjon and Holly, and thank you Jennings.

We lost our air the hottest day of the year last weekend. My husband was sick with 102.5 fever and the house registered 93 inside. Not only did Jennings send someone out immediately, they even gave us a window air conditioner to use with my sick husband! Because we had several medical issues going on and we had taken advantage of Jennings annual maintenance program, they were able to come back within 4 days and installed an air conditioner and a furnace at a very reasonable price (we knew the air was on it's last leg). Jennings charged me $625.00 for service that didn't fix the problem. Then quoted me 3 more parts needed for an additional $1810.00. I called Barley's Heating & Cooling for a second opinion. They fixed the problem for one part that cost 170.00. Very glad I got a second opinion.

Our air conditioner went out on a Saturday, the hottest day of the year as my husband lay in bed with cancer and a 102.5 fever and I have an immune problem with IV's at home. Jennings had patched it up several times before and never pressured us to buy a new one. This time was different, the compressor was totally burned out and Todd the service person told us there was a 3 week wait. Sick and hot we agreed to buy a new air conditioner AND a much needed furnace (ours were very old & inefficient). 2 days later Todd called and said due to our health emergencies they would be able to come out in 2 days!!!! Not only did they come out, they took the time to explain every step and any instructions needed. Wow, what a difference this new air conditioner is and thank goodness for a company like Jennings who are not only efficient and clean, but also compassionate. I recommend this company 100% with no exceptions or caveats, thank you Dave, Todd & the rest of your crew.

Years ago I worked in a local bank in Akron. I waited on a gentleman that worked for Jennings he was so polite and kind, a great customer. Years later in 2014 it was a cold,cold day in Akron and my house was without heat, I remembered that kind gentleman from Jennings from years ago. I called Jennings and within a day I had a new heating system. It's funny how impressions of good people and good companies makes great choices when you need help. So here I am a few years later 2016 and my house has TOO much heat--- (AC) died. I'm somewhat older now and I couldn't stand the heat, I tried to endure it but it just got to hot. So again, I called upon Jennings for help. Todd came out and discussed AC's and my price range, I agreed on what I wanted and he wrote out the sales agreement and payment arrangements. Todd also had brought out an window air conditioner with him..it was God sent..thank you, thank you. The date of installation was going to be weeks away. Then a week went by and they called and asked if they could come that week to install the new AC, this was greatly appreciated. The day of installation came and Dave & Ryan were here bright & early. Dave explained everything about the new AC and asked if I had questions, to say the least 3 more people from Jennings for me to remember as great people. Holly, Amanda were great too.(I hope I got all the names correct because they also deserve credit) Thank You, again I will spread the word!!!

Larry came on schedule and did an excellent job evaluating and bring the boiler up to snuff and all at a very reasonable cost. I needed a new furnace about 9 years ago and called Jennings first to get an estimate. I never bothered to call anyone else! They were professional and pleasant even when I asked a lot of questions. I called them recently because the overflow was plugged up and my basement was getting very wet. Jeff came out and was able to clear it out. He also checked the air conditioning unit for leaks and also checked for gas leaks. Jeff also gave me some great tips on preventing the backups from happening again.

It was a great experience. Great communication. They sent an e-mail to notify us that the technician was on his way. That included the name and picture of the tech. Jeff the Tech. was very knowledgable and explained things in terms I could understand. We had been told by another company that we needed a whole new air conditioner. After Jennings diagnostics, we were told it just needed a tune up. This saved several thousand dollars. Even if we need a new one in the near future, they were able to get it up and running and should last until at least the average life. Thank you Jeff and Jennings
