Randy did a great job in diagnosing the problem with my Air Conditioner. He also did a good job in making sure that everything was working well before he left. He is a very professional and personable technician. It's no wonder that he has been working at excel for so long.

I called Xcel Energy this morning, we were not getting any cool air thru our air cond. system. I called Home Smart (which we are a customer) the gentlemen I spoke with was very courteous . He said he would have Xcel Home Smart tech. call me today. I received a call within the hour. Mr. Manuel Lopez said he would be out within 15-20 min. right on time. Came in checked out our system and got to work. Within an hour he had the system going , wow. Great work, Manuel was very professional and courteous, explained everything he did. And also mentioned new energy systems that we may consider, after all our system is about 15 years old. I will certainly take his advise. Kelly was prompt, professional and diagnosed the A/C problem quickly. He explained the problem in layman's terms to me and got it fixed efficiently. While onsite, he also hosed the compressor unit and got rid of some cottonwood fluff that had stuck to the grating. Finally, he fixed a rattle on the unit by tightening some loose screws.
