Randy B. is a very pleasant, professional Service Pro. He has come to our house 3 times to do maintenance on the furnace, A/C and water heater. He is always honest and reliable. I think HomeSmart is the best deal in town: we get our appliances serviced and insured for a low price each month. The Furnace Tuneup Specialist was competent, thorough, efficient and well mannered. He completed the inspection quickly, had some tips and generally seemed a nice person. I am very happy with the HomeSmart service. I used to call a local heating service to do this yearly and they were very expensive and always found some extra, extra cost requirements which "needed" to be done. Our furnace stopped working in February. The house was about 58 degrees and would we falling at night. Danny S of Excel Energy's HomeSmart program came quickly, diagnosed the problem immediately, cleaned the gas jets thoroughly, installed a new igniter, checked for excess carbon monoxide and gas leaks, asked about our home carbon monoxide detector. Manuel has done the yearly checkup on my furnace and air conditioner. He spends a great deal of time cleaning and making sure they are in working order. Last Friday,January 30,2014, Manuel came to my home to work on a problem I was having with my furnace. He spent almost two hours working on the problem.Manuel is so thorough and always up dates me on the work he has done. He is super polite. It is such a relief for me to get the same service technician each time. Thank you Manuel for your time and work ethic.

Randy Begger is a Homesmart technician from Xcel Energy. He comes annually to provide a gas furnace tune up making sure the furnace is in good working condition. In addition, he is always helpful with tips on how to maintain the furnace filters and the humidifier for optimal performance. To Whom it may concern,
I'm a little late in writing this but I wanted to take the time to mention Jason P., one of your service pros who is literally INCREDIBLE!!! Jason came out on 11/22/14 which was a Saturday and got my mother's furnace working properly again.
His attention to detail is AMAZING!!!! I can ONLY hope that the other service pros and their customers received the same level of professional care that my mother received!!!!
Give the man a RAISE!!!!!!!!!!!
