Randy appeared to be a supreme professional. He informed me of a concern he had about how my furnace was wired and how it might be tenuously {if I chose the correct word} connected to my thermostat. I saw the bunch of wires that did look rather helter-skelter and cluttered. He rewired the furnace and lastly checked its function before leaving. He also was pleasant and polite. I recently had my hot water tank go out and I have to say that I received the best customer service from start to finish working with the reps from HomeSmart. From my initial call asking for a tech to come out and given the diagnosis on what needed to happen to the final scheduling of when the repair tech was going to be onsite, I was always informed with a phone call on when the tech was arriving and once the tech Bill S. showed up I received the best customer service and he took time in explaining on what was going to be done and took the time to make sure my carpet and walk way to the basement wasn't going to be damaged or soaked in water taking the old tank out and when job was finished I was given a walk thru on what was done and I'm extremely happy with my decision in having HomeSmart replace my hot water tank! I highly recommend HomeSmart from Xcel Energy and technician Joe A. It was time for my yearly furnace checkup with HomeSmart. Joe A. actually called and asked if he could check out my furnace earlier than scheduled. How rare is that? He did a terrific job, was very polite and 'user' friendly.
