Danny S was prompt, courteous, professional, and took care of our furnace problem in a short amount of time. He also took the time to tell us about options for dealing with the problem in case it reoccurs, and what we may want to consider related to this issue if we move forward to add air conditioning to our system as we plan to do in the future. I didn't see what Randy did on the furnace personally, because it was a tune up. I did notice that the furnace kept trying to come on. the fan would start up then shut off, so I had to go down to the crawl space and re adjust the furnace cover my self so that the furnace would run properly. Manuel Lopez has worked on my furnace and air conditioner many times. He is s so polite and considerate. He always explains everything to me. Manuel replaced the gas valve in my furnace on Nov.19,2015. He had to return to my house on Nov.20 ,2015 because my furnace was making a clanking sound. He found a gas leak and called GER to assess the leak. While he waited for GER to arrive he cleaned and washed the burners. GER came out to assist Manuel and repair the gas leak. I think Manuel was at my home until after 7:00PM. He is so dedicated, trustworthy, and awesome! Thank you so much Manuel for all the quality time you have spent taking care of my furnace. What a PRO... From the minute Danny S started serving the furnance I new this person was a proffessional.... I owed a busines DHR Holdings and fit and flip real estate properties and have met so called sevice/contractors, that I was really impressed with his knowledge and skills. I had a problem with the heater in the back of my house. I called in this morning to have someone come and fix it. The technician that came was very efficient. He was kind and professional and took him about an hour to fix the problem. I would like to say that Joe A. is the person I or any one in need of help when a home owner has a furnace to be repaired he was quick to diagnose my furnace issue (inducer motor) & not having the unit on his truck he quickly called ordered is & had it delivered to my home, he returned from another appointment & installed the motor & my home is warm again.
