I was very much pleased with the service that I received from beginning of calling Home Smart and getting a tech to come out and check the furnace. Mr. Danny Stacy came out on 3/30 and replaced the fan but had to order the control board, the one they sent out must of been malfunction so I was without heat during the night but early this morning 3/31 Dan came out with new board, replaced it and all the time with great service and attitude. Employees like Dan are exceptional and we need more like him. Thank you very much I have recommended to many friends Home Smart program as it is so worth having especially for folks like me that are retired. Thank you Home Smart!!!!!!

Service tech Colin Svidal came out to perform preventative maintenance on our home furnace. The service he provided was EXCEPTIONAL! He allowed me to observe the entire process and he took time to explain each and every check he performed on our unit. He was very friendly and personable and took pride in his work. I highly recommend signing up for HomeSmart service.

Joe Arp was very helpful at servicing our furnace and advising us on the overall condition of our aging furnace, water heater, and AC unit. As a result, we are having Xcel replace all three units this week. Joe is someone we have requested for service over the past 20 years or so because of his honesty and straightforward advise, expertise, and work ethic.

Thanks Randy B. Furnace went out during a blizzard and Randy was here the next day to fix it. Thermostat was broken so he gave us a new one but also cleaned up and did some maintenance on our very old furnace. We really appreciated his help

Jason P of HomeSmart came to my home when my furnace would not turn on. Due to the cold and snowy weather, my in home temperature had dropped in the 50's. Due to a mix up I did not get the call he was enroute to my home but he waited almost 30 minutes for me to get home rather than reschedule the appointment and in 20 minutes had my heat working again.

Been having issues with furnace for months. It properly worked 75% of the time and blew cold air 25% of the time. Danny figured it out to be a valve malfunctioning. Haven't had to go to the basement and manually start the furnace 5 times last night. Thanks Danny S. Steve Schade

Colin, Bryan, Darian , James did an amazing job with the installation and set up a of 98% efficient furnace and AC. I am very happy with installation.Team did an outstanding job with the duct work, vents and also the overall installation. Its only been a week since the installation and I do not know at that moment if there will be any issues with the system. I will update this post at a later time. So far I do not have any issues with my system and it operates super quite. We have not gotten a chance to turn on the AC yet because the weather has been cold so I cannot comment on it. But the overall installation was outstanding. I was surprised with the attention to details that was provided by the team. Highly recommend this team. Very happy that I went with HomeSmart :)

Danny was very helpful in getting my furnace ignition issue resolved. I've always had good luck in using HomeSmart for my furnace and appliance repair needs. I strongly recommend any Xcel Energy customer to utilize this service. Service has always been prompt, courteous, and professionally done. All my major appliances are covered for just under $20/month, and that is a great investment for the peace of mind of knowing I won't be getting stuck with a huge repair bill when I can least afford it. I've never been billed above and beyond my monthly fee for any appliance repair work I've had done.

After a very scary event when my boiler "exploded" and could have flooded the basement, a most efficient technician arrived promptly (Sam G) and evaluated the situation. He saw that the really old boiler had to be replaced, and arranged for the sales rep to come by (Kevin) to make arrangements. Within a few days when the equipment was available, a total of SIX technicians arrived to do the installation. With Jason's supervision, the techs worked diligently for two solid days, and we finally had heat again. They totally cleaned up the work site and adjacent areas, and were polite and respectful the entire time. Last night, our furnace started making unusual noises and the burner failed to stay lit when ignited. I have been a HomeSmart from Xcel Energy customer for years, and immediately called them. Even though it was after hours, HomeSmart offered to 'call out' technician to assist us. As the temperature was not frigid, I elected to wait until the morning. At 0730, the technician, Danny S**** called and said he would be here by 0815 to check our furnace. He was incredible! He checked the furnace, explained the problem, and completed the repairs...all covered by our HomeSmart service plan. My thanks to Danny S**** for his professional service, and to HomeSmart for their prompt attention to my problem. I have recommended HomeSmart from Xcel Energy to family and friends in the past, and will continue to do so. HomeSmart is a reliable and professional service.

Jason P. came to do my annual furnace maintenance with HomeSmart. Sadly, he discovered some issues, used the camera to confirm that there was a crack in the furnace. Without HomeSmart and the technical efficiency of Jason, the crack might have gone unnoticed. Even though I must replace my furnace, with a new high efficiency model, I appreciate their approach of taking care of me and my home.
