Our service tech was Jason P. He was INCREDIBLE when he arrived on 11/22/14 to address my mother's furnace needs!! The company needs more like him. The customer service rep who scheduled Jason was also INCREDIBLE! The Homesmart company need more employee's like these two...Pierre Coleman

Excellent service from Randy, who has been to our home before to do yearly furnace inspections for Homesmart per our plan with Homesmart. Randy is extremely professional and courteous and it is always a pleasure to have him working in our home. The Homesmart Plan is a terrific program to be involved with and we have been customers for a number of years.

Homesmart technicians are honest and do not make a living on commissions. I have used 3 different techs and I think highly of them.

Overnight our furnace fan stopped working. Technician Joe Arp came by around noon and replaced a bad fan motor and our house is warm again. He was very efficient and was done in about 50 min. My investment in HomeSmart has been very satisfying and would recommend to my friends.

I am SO tired of overpaying for good repair! I am SO tired of not feeling comfortable with my repair person! And I am SO tired of the "tiered pricing" system of many repair places. I NEVER find this to be the case with Homesmart. Our repair person knows his stuff, makes me feel comfortable and gets the job done, and well there's just the monthly bill - and it's SO easy. So, back to Randy B! My kids thought he was fun, and he was so nice, personable and knowledgable. He didn't seem to be in a hurry to rush through the explanation of the problem, and we chatted about how our furnace would run after the repair. Needless to say, our house went from 55 degrees inside to 70 degrees in about 30 minutes, once fixed. It's now an amazing furnace. If able, I will always request Randy B. Hey, if my 18-year-old daughter says: "He's cool" he's not only cool, but probably nice, knowledgable and super friendly (which he was all of those!) A++++++ on this Tech, Homesmart NEVER let him go, he's an asset to the company! Thank you so much, Rachel McAree

It was an emergency situation. The dealer knew our particular circumstance was desperate. He took 5 days to respond 5 days. I would never use this company. I tried to contact a manager, no response. Un-caring dealer, un-caring company. I am using Cooper heating an cooling. The dealer was prompt. He even came back to re-inspect and to answer all of my questions. Because of our circumstance they made a special effort to start the job sooner.

I have been an Xcel HomeSmart customer for years and HIGHLY recommend this service to everyone. They are fast and efficient and ALWAYS get the job done right! I love that they take extra time to show me things to help my furnace run better - over and above the call of duty. Randy just fixed my furnace and it's running like a top. A !

Can't say enough about HomeSmart from Xcel in Colorado - and Joe A. was as good as it gets! From diagnosis to the fix - perfect service. We woke up this morning to a very cold home and furnace that wasn't working.The entire HomeSmart team was able to get us back up and running on the same day as our call - and that was pretty important as our daughter is on her way home from college today for the holidays. Kudos to the team that took our call first thing in the morning as well! Sincere thanks!

Amazing, I just read an adjacent review of another HomeSmart tech, and all I can say is it mirrors my experience with Randy, who did a great job and explained numerous ins and outs --regarding the furnace and much else -- with clarity and patience. Randy provided 100 percent and a bit more, all the while being personable and such with a customer who was under the weather and not too bright at the best of times. At least two customers received such fine service from two excellent technicians, which I hope says something about HomeSmart, cause we're just starting with them.
