Our furnace stopped working. I have HomeSmart through Xcel Energy and I called them the next morning. They sent someone out very quickly. Manuel was able to access the issue and repair the problem very quickly and even replaced an additional part that was likely to go out soon. Manuel was very polite and professional and did a great job. I'm so glad I am a client with HomeSmart because not only did as I save a whole lot of money but I received great service as well. I wanted to have my furnace inspected and cleaned for the year. Randy B. arrived and was so courteous and professional. He did a full inspection and cleaned my furnace. I had a humidifier installed on my furnace last week and also purchased a new hot water heater that was installed a couple of days later. I cannot say enough good things about Danny S! Just a couple of years ago, Danny installed a new furnace in my home. He is very patient and exceptionally professional. With this recent work, Danny had a trainee with him. Danny and Luis were a pleasure to have in my home. They were pleasant, hard working and determined to do a quality job.
