On 7/28/15, Homesmart from Xcel Energy installed my furnace and AC. They listened to my suggestions and included these activities into the installation. Joe A was knowledgeable, personable and diagnosed and resolved my AC issue quickly and correctly. He was thorough and professional and answered all my questions and made several helpful suggestions. I was able to go on with my day and not suffer in sweltering 90 degree weather. My only other option was to go hang out at an air conditioned mall. Randy B came to our house to figure out why our air conditioner was "having trouble starting up". He had been here a little more than a month before when it would not work at all. He changed the thermostat that time and it had been working fine until now. This time to a bit more to figure out what was wrong, but he diagnosed it correctly and changed a relay. I had a leak from the cold water nipple on my hot water heater. Called HomeSmart From Xcel Energy and they responded that day and sent Joe A right out. He was very professional and informative. 07/28/2015 My water heater stop working. Called Xcel Energy and Mr. Barry Hendrix showed up to look at the problem. All went well with the initial sales, the installation also went well. Stephen the head
technician was very knowledgeable and professional, very willing to do anything I asked.
It fell apart on the follow up with Kevin (sales personnel) on a few issues. He was not
returning calls and always complaining he was too busy to return calls!!! Everything was resolved when I contacted his supervisor, which should not have been necessary. I also had to do the research myself and contact the appropriate personnel to reconnect my electric meter and crimp the wires, as Keven said he didn't know who to contact as that was "out of his department" ?????
