This company is so honest and caring. We had an unscrupulous dealer install two AC Trane units for us and would not come back to fix the many problems we faced. Even though Hays did not do the original installation they came out and worked to fix the problems that should have been handled by the original installer. They charged us very little as they felt really bad for us and wanted to help us out. From the techs to the management this is a first rate customer service business. You can trust this business. Thanks, Chris, Steve, Frank, Mike and Brandon R for all you did for us. We are grateful.

Hays people are the best from the bottom to the top. These people are so kind and honest. They have helped me out last when another Trane air conditioning company in Gilbert really did an awful job installing 2 new air conditioners for us and wouldn't come back when there were immediate problems. Hays went above and beyond to help us out and were soooo reasonable! Wouldn't use anyone else but them. Technicians Mike and Brandon R are super nice and very knowledgeable. IT DOES PAY TO CALL HAYS. Wish I had found them sooner.

This was my 2nd time using Hays. Jerry arrived very quickly (within an hour or so after calling, after hours by the way). Very courteous, professional and efficient. He had my AC blowing cold air in no time. I'm now on their maintenance agreement. Top notch company!

Your service representative, Brandon R., was prompt, courteous, and presented a professional image. My air conditioning concerns were discussed fully and your representative explained the workings of our conditioning system in plain language and very concisely. It became clear that your representative cared that I, as a consumer, was being treated fairly and equitably. Your representative went about his work quickly and efficiently and took the time needed to get his work done competently. I might add that he exhibited a command of "people skills." One can only hope that his work ethic is emblematic of your business. I will be in touch to work out a seasonal maintenance program.

We found Hays online after our 30 year old AC unit finally quit altogether. Our home warranty company (American Home Shield) was COMPLETELY unreliable and rude. I received better customer service with Hays in 15 minutes than I had with that company in 16 years. Every single person I came in contact with was helpful and friendly. Our new unit was installed promptly and professionally. This morning, Justin P. came out to check on things, and was very helpful and respectful. He took the time to answer my questions, and gave me several helpful tips. I can tell this company and its employees value their customers, and their interactions demonstrate that. Al came to our house today because the A/C unit on one side of the house was not keeping the rooms as cool as we had set the thermostat. He was so knowledgeable and thorough! He helped us understand how our 2-unit system works and then went into the attic to inspect both units. He came back down with pictures of what he had seen and gave us his recommendations. Our technician Frank was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond any other ac technician ever did and didn't charge anything extra beyond what we were told when we booked our service. He spent 4 hours at our home looking over every aspect of our ac unit and air handler; checking screws, coils, freon, connections, etc. He improved things that should've been done by the previous companies, and was beyond thorough. Our compressor is dying but not needing immediate replacement as it's still actively cooling our home - but he offered many suggestions as far as which route to go when it is time to replace, and what products are better than others. We will never use another company!!!

Hays is very responsive, in constant communication regarding tech arrival and very clean and professional. They explain everything until you understand all issues, options, costs, and are very knowledgeable about equipment and fair with their pricing. I signed up for the annual maintenance program and would highly recommend their services. My unit is 17 years old and will hopefully keep me cool for a few more years!

My A/C units were acting funny and when I ran the upstairs circulation fan I smelled something that smelled "hot'. I called Hays this morning, not expecting an appointment for several days because of the Independence Day holiday. They found a slot for me and Dominique was here at 1:30. One of the units was low on Freon and the circulation fan had burned out and needed replacement. By the time he climbed into the attic the outside temperature had climbed to 108. He made no complaints, filled the Freon, had a replacement fan on his truck. he was here until after 6 this evening. He was pleasant, polite, knowledgable, and I have every confidence in the quality of his repairs.

This was our second summer using Hays. AC went out on one of the hottest days again, and called in the morning, and they came out within a few hours. I called Hays with an A/C issue on Saturday morning last weekend and was told someone would be there in 3 hours. I got a call 20 min later saying Frank would be on site 15 min later. When Frank came out he was extremely professional and fixed the problem in 10 min. My house is cool again and I signed a service contract with him before he left. Best service I have ever received. I'll be using Hay's for all of my A/C and plumbing issues. 5 star service, and honest - tough to come by these days.

I had another company out trying to fix my AC for TEN days in a heat advisory. The other company was out 3 times and couldn't get my house below 90. Mike came out at 830 pm Sunday on a HOLIDAY weekend. Within 30 minutes he had diagnosed the real problem and had it fixed and my house (with 2 kids sweating) cooling within the hour. He was professional, knowledgeable, polite, and extremely competent. I cannot say enough about how impressed I am with this service, especially when the other company left my house at 99 degrees for over a week. Our air went out on father's day last year and they came out that day to fix it. This year our air wasn't blowing as cool as it should of. We have an older unit but Frank, came out to service it and went above and beyond what I expected.

Hays Cooling sent their tech Brandon Ruiz to look at one of our failing AC units. And of course, it was 119 degrees that day! Brandon showed up 15 minutes earlier than the appointment. That was a good sign. Whenever I have work done at our house, the first thing I try to I do is get a look inside the tech's van. That tells a lot about work habits and attention to detail. Brandon's van was immaculate! Everything in order. Another good sign. And it just got better from there. Brandon repaired one problem that was created by the last AC company we used before Hays. He also added a filter to the unit that was not included by the original installers. It was refreshing to find someone who was more concerned about 'doing it right' than 'just getting it done.' Thanks to Brandon and Hays, it's all cool here!

I live out of state and the AC in my Peoria rental home needed to have the indoor coil replaced (in the middle of a June heat wave, of course!) Hays was very accommodating & their staff was superb! The receptionists, Veronica & Tanya, were very pleasant & professional. The two techs we'd dealt with between the couple of visits that had to be made to my home were Jerry & Mike, both were quite knowledgeable and extremely courteous and professional over the phone. The only thing I could suggest is to give an itemized estimate for jobs. We had to spend $2800 on our AC & would have liked to know what we were spending it on. Being out of state, we had to put our trust in Hays so the job could be completed as soon as possible (we have a tenant who's pregnant) & didn't have time to collect alternative estimates. It is clear that Hays has high service standards and engagement among their employees, definitely an under appreciated quality of small businesses. Thank You!

We started having an AC issue in the midst of 120 heat. Hays set up our appointment within a day and was able to fix the issue much quicker than I expected. Mike S******* was the field agent that came to our house to install the part. He was friendly, timely, and educated me on the issue and ways to maintain a properly working system. Our AC went out at 7:30pm on the hottest day in June on record. After calling Hays they sent Jerry S out and he was there by 9pm and out AC was working by 9:30pm. Very professional, good feedback, efficient, honest. my only concern is the first appointment was cancelled, and the new appointment was almost cancelled. I understand that this is the busiest time of the season for a/c checks (middle of june during a heat wave), but it's still frustrating to put your afternoon on hold two different days. but once ********* arrived, everything went very smoothly.

After a long, hot day at work, I was looking forward to my nice air conditioned house. Even though it was working, my air conditioning unit was making a horrible scratching, squealing noise. Afraid of it dying in these temps, I called a friend who referred me to Hays Cooling & Heating. My technician was Dominique. He showed up during the 2 hour window I was quoted by dispatch and he couldn't have been nicer. He listened to my concerns and went right to work. Domiique then did a visual inspection and did some checks and took readings of the units' operating to troubleshoot the issue. All checked good, but Dominique felt it may need some oil in spots where he saw a touch of rust so he took care of that. All said, I paid a reasonable call out charge, that I was quoted by dispatch and gained some piece of mind and an air conditioning service. I will definitely call these guys again and refer them to everyone.
