Jerry arrived just two hours after our mid-afternoon call when the A/C stopped blowing cold. He was earlier than expected, pleasant-mannered, got right to work. Within 40 minutes the problem had been diagnosed and corrected, the visit cost exactly what I had been told a service call would cost. I questioned him on other, future services, and he summarized programs and services they offer without being pushy about it. We used them two years ago and had a good experience, so we were confident in calling them this time and will most likely use them again in the future. Hays cooling and heating are by far the best!!! Summers in AZ aren't exactly ideal, especially being 8 months pregnant. Our AC stopped working over the weekend and we were able to call Hays to submit a ticket, first thing Monday morning we got a call back to have a tech come out! Over all I spoke with a few different people who more than helpful and sympathetic to our problem! I want to give a HUGE thank you to Al!!! He came out, diagnosed the problem, gave me all the tools and guidance needed to move forward and showed so much love and interest in his job! I contacted the original company who did the installation and they were offering free service to re install the unit!! Pffffttt!! I'd pay to have Al come back and use Hays a million times over before ever going with a different company! Al has saved the day! I can finally breathe in our cool house! THANK YOU AL!!!!!! I came home to a house that was hotter than outside(111) I called Hays and they sent Al. He was there quickly and found the problem right away. My A/C needed a part but Al was able to at least make it start blowing cold air instead of hot. The next day I got the price of the part early and gave the go ahead. By the time I got home from work there was a message that the part was in and they wanted to schedule an appointment to install it. Al couldn't have been nicer or more knowledgeable. Developed an unusual sound coming from filter area, so call Chris Hats and he had it pretty well diagnosed over the phone and sent a technician by the name of Frank the next day. Frank went right to work found and corrected the problem. Excellent, quality, honest, people work for this company. Bought preventive maintenance program from them. Our 3 year old Trane a/c unit blew a capacitor this past weekend, and contacted Hays as we have the units covered by an extended parts and labor warranty contract. Our 8 year old Amana heat pump has been nothing but costly trouble since it was installed by another contractor. Bill was very thorough in measuring and quoting the installation of a new Trane unit. He was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, quickly assisted with all paperwork and scheduled the installation for next week. I had previously scheduled install of air conditioning units. The day before my units were ordered my current air conditioner fan broke down. Ive been using Hays for about a year now. they installed my newest air conditioning unit and have been maintaining both my units over that time. They gave me a better deal thanI could find anywhere else and have been outstanding and timely with all appointments.Most recently I noticed one of my units was not draining. Justin was our technician. He checked both outside and up in the attic to find out why our AC was not working. This was done when our temps are high, yet Justin did not complain about having to do the work in a hot house. He gave me details about what was needed and needed my approval to fix the problem. Amazing customer sercice!!!!!!! Our air went out on father's day last year and they came out that day to fix it. This year our air wasn't blowing as cool as it should of. We have an older unit but Frank, came out to service it and went above and beyond what I expected.

I made an app for them to fix a plugged drainage line for my AC. They quoted me $455.00 for the work and came out and performed the job. Turns out that wasn't the issue and amazingly because they didn't cool the house and fix the issue they didn't charge me a dime!!! What a wonderful experience! We had 1 unit that went down. We gave Hays a call and they came out the next day. They provided us a quote that was below our expectations. We schedule the install which they arrived 30 minutes early. They did a complete install of a FAU and condenser in less then 6 hours! That was simply amazing. Much to our surprise they even did a follow up to confirm that the install was correct and functioning properly. My slogan would be "It pays to call Hays"! Jerry S. 07/19/17 |
