This review is for Hays Heating, Cooling and
Plumbing, a Licensed and Bonded Phoenix
company who has a A rating with the BBB
where they have been registered there 21
years. My 5 ton AC decided to blow warm
air when Mother Nature was also blowing
hot air and leaked its R22 refrigerant.
I decided it was time for a new R-410 system.
With the belief "Nothing Runs Like a Trane",
I contacted 4 Trane dealers to offer bids to
provide the same service using the same
Trane model HVAC system.
I easily picked Hays HVAC because of their
very competitive all-inclusive price, their
ratings and the recommendation from a
friend who just had them install a Trane
system in his Goodyear residence. He was
very impressed.
My first contact with Hays HVAC was Aaron
Hoberg, their highly experienced HVAC
technician and qualified sales representative
who knows his Trane systems. Besides the
new AC, this install will also include, as part
of the package, a new Highly Efficient natural
gas furnace system. Aaron went over the
Trane system I wanted for this home, and I
since I already knew their work was flawless.
We set up contracts, all explained, and an
installation date.
I must add the office staff at Hays is very
well versed, was quick with same day forwarding
copies of contracts, following up with
appointments and everything necessary
from their prospective to make this process
seamless.
On installation day, Hay's 3 man crew and
all their trucks and my factory boxed brand
new equipment arrived at my home, on time.
The crew supervisor was Jon Anderson and
HVAC technicians Chad Dutton and Dan
Klotfenstein.
This crew got right to work with this involved
install and it was apparent everyone knew their assigned jobs. The old system came out and
the new system went it. It took 7 hours and
the weather cooperated perfectly. Both AC
and heating systems were run and checked
and performedperfectly.
They cleaned up everything on their way out
and this morning we even discovered they
even shampooed the carpets where they had
laid drop cloths over. Amazing!
Hays HVAC will send out a Quality Control
technician in two weeks to inspect the entire
job and make any adjustments needed to
ensure this HVAC system works perfectly.
All part of the original installation price.
This is indeed a Highly Recommended 5
Star company who will handle all of our
heating, cooling and plumbing needs
in the future.

Installed a new air conditioner 2 years ago. Came with 2 year service contract. Nothing but high praise for the company and Frank one of the service technicians. They set up service appointments, called to confirm and showed up on time when scheduled. Our cooling bill has dropped on average $100/month during the hot summer months. Justin came out yesterday to do a follow up after installation to make sure everything was running right. Cannot say enough about him, personable, professional and very knowledgeable. He seems nice. But, He did not complete the job. He did not get the parts for my faucet. He installed the wrong one anyways. Now he has to come back. Needed to have leaking polybutylene pipes replaced on my mobile home. Park office uses Hayes and recommended them. They were on time, professional and did a great job. I even had them replace bathroom faucets. Mike said they were the same he put in his house. Fixtures look great. It is such peace of mind knowing I do not have to worry about the poly cracking again. The price was right what was quoted with me adding the faucets. No pressure to do extra, I asked them about replacing faucets. I would certainly call Hayes for any other job I wanted done. They sent out a scary person and I wouldnt have that person back in my house so I called Hays and they sent someone out the same day and replaced the water heater the same day. Today Frank came out to service the AC before the summer. The house is over 20 years old as is the AC unit. He found burnt wires and that could have cost me my family and my home. He answered my questions, explained what I should and needed to know. I was working and on a conference call and he would text me when he needed to talk to me. I really like Hays and I am very happy my co-worker recommended them. So far I have seen honesty and for the second time they brought me to tears because of that.
