Brian arrived very timely to review and resolve my plumbing problem. Various alternative repairs were discussed and he did not push for the most expensive remedy. His work was thorough, efficient and friendly throughout. He made me feel comfortable with the quality of his work and I enjoyed our conversation while the repairs were made. I had a hot water heater installed at my house on 7/25/15. I am very happy with the installation of the hot water heater. The crew were very polite and I have some plumbing experince. I watched them work and am very satisfied with the work they did. I would call Dutton plumbing again.

with all the work now completed and putting items back into place, was it an oversight that the drain in the bath tub was overlooked?
I thought that most faucet sets also included a drain. With everything else new, the old rusted one looks out of place. If I am wrong, I will accept the old one, but just wanted to ask, before guests arrive again. Other than that one item, every thing is fantastic and love the recirculating hot water, and love the guys working on the job...outstanding ! 08/09/15 |

Excellent - would sum it up in a word, our Plumber Andrew went above and beyond in helping us, He very quickly diagnosed the problem (a hidden leaking water pipe) Andrew offered us a variety of sensible repair and remediation options, taking time to carefully discuss the pros and cons of each.
He also left our house better then how he found it, he repaired a show door that was sticking and he even fixed one of our kitchen cabinet doors that had broken hinges - amazing !
A company is only as good as its people, Andrew was the best we have seen in many years.

Brian has done quite a few repairs/installations at my house and he is always professional, efficient, clean and funny. Matt D came to my house today. He was very nice, very cordial, and informative and patient with me. He fixed my pipes under my sink that were loose, and he did it with no charge. He came for an estimate and that was one of the things I had concern with. It was a quick fix but he didn't have to do it. He could have only done it if I chose to go ahead and pay. He also put an end to 1.5 years of many plumbers that came to my house and all gave me a different diagnosis of why I have hammer noise. Too bad it can't be fixed now, but he told me that I need an expansion foam or in the next repipe to use Pex not copper and it doesn't expand/move when hot water flows thru the wall chambers so to speak. What a bummer that I have to hear banging in my walls in all my 4 faucets and shower until I sell this house in who knows when.

Brad was wonderful. Polite and professional, he helped me with every aspect of the installation process for my tankless water heater. He explained everything clearly to me, did not try to over-sell, but helped me select what was exactly right for me. He inspired confidence and is an excellent worker. He kept working through lunch, which I do not recommend, but shows his commitment to getting the job done. His work was clean and done in the most efficient way.
