From the very beginning I was impressed with the service I receive from Dutton Plumbing. They informed me that I would be their first customer and that a technician would be at my house around 8:00 a.m. and at ten minutes after eight he pulled up to my house. Ramiro was very professional and went out of his way to try and fix the problem as quickly as possible knowing that I to go to work myself. Ramiro fixed the problem, but had the foresight to have a backup come in and take a look at my plumbing using one of their cameras which detected that further work would be necessary. I would highly recommend anyone needing plumbing assistance to think of using Dutton Plumbing, this is the 5th or 6th time I have needed their help over the 23 years that I have lived in my house and they have been totally professional and able to fix my plumbing problems quickly and always call back to make sure that everything is working well. Brian S provided outstanding service. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and worked through the problem to a solution. I had a very heartwarming experience with Dutton plumbing company today Sunday, 5/31/2015. I woke up this morning finding a puddle of water in our garage and when I checked it came from leaks in our gas water heater. I forgot how old it was but I do remember it was a replacement from our very first water heater but it wasn't serviced after it was installed. I was in a panic mode since it was a Sunday so I called the 1-800 number of American water heater company and told me to call a plumber. I searched the internet and I saw Dutton so I called them and Jessica (CS rep) immediately helped me and scheduled an appointment.. The process was so professional because not only I received an e-mail notification Jessica also called me to reassure that the technician is on its way in 40 minutes.Larry Cohen was the technician who arrived and his demeanor immediately made me relaxed because he asked me the problem then checked the heater at the same time.He knew what he was doing and very upfront on the status of the heater. Once his diagnostics was done he came out with suggestions and options to deal with the problem .Nothing really beats a professional who knows his line of work.. He also walk me through the process of securing a replacement for the heater including financing the option we chose so the whole ordeal became a very satisfying situation because not only we got a new water heater we also feel safe after Larry worked the problem to completion for hours.Please pat your shoulders because you have a gem of a worker in Larry. The Technician was professional and polite. Dutton Plumbing arrived promptly and the work provided was quality service. However, my repairs were an emergency service that had to be completed immediately and I had no time to shop around. I felt the overall price was far too much. The technician did all he could to ease the $ pains but he was limited by his price guide. I feel that nearly a thousand dollars to sweat a leaking pipe, one toilet water bib and two hours of service time is unconscionable. Although the technician was polite and professional I feel that the cost of nearly a $1000. for sweating a pipe and replacing a toilet water valve is unconscionable. Had it not been an emergency and I had been given the total cost up front, I would have called another plumbing service. Again, the technician was great but the company I feel charged a price that far exceeds the service. I will not recommend Dutton's to anyone and if asked, I will specifically reccomend that Dutton's not be used. 05/31/15 |

We had a great experience with Dutton Plumbing. We were looking for local service and made telephone contact with Dutton. An appointment was scheduled for an estimate the next day. We were given time updates throughout the day and Brian S. arrived on time. We were looking to replace our 16 year old water heater that was at the end of its days. We received several options and five written estimates, with the minimum service required just to replace the water heater and several more options to bring our plumbing up to current code, additional service contract, etc. After making the selection, without any pressure, an appointment was made the next morning and the service was completed by Brian and partner Sam.
