This is the second year of using Dutton Plumbing. I joined their family plan last year and receive a call from them approximately every 6 months to check on any issues we might have and then once a year they come out and check all of the plumbing inside the house and do a complimentary flushing of the water heater. The Dutton team communicated their arrival time well. They had new power equipment for yard/pool drain cleaning, and knew how to use it. An added benefit was a camera inserted to view the problem area, and use an above ground sensor to mark the location of the problem. Had an after-hours issue with a water heater. Tried two other plumbers before I was able to get an emergency response from Dutton. Andrew E. was the service rep who responded. The main drain pipe was broken in several places and filled in roots. Ramiro G.,Bernardo and Miguel came out and replaced the main section and the two feeder sections from the house starting in the morning and done by the afternoon. These men are hard working and take pride in what they do. Also very polite as well as professional. I also want to thank Tony and Sean for all the effort they put in in diagnosing the problem with their years of experience. Called Dutton plumbing to provide an estimate for sewer line replacement that was done by Rooter Hero at an excessive cost. Paul and Bryan provided an estimate Dutton would charge to perform the same job at a significantly lower cost. They performed a camera inspection of the existing sewer and found an area subject to potential problems. They documented the issue and did not accept payment for their service. Ramiro G came to my house to unclog my kitchen and 2 bathroom sinks. He waited for me until I arrived from work, which took me approximately 45 minutes, which I appreciated.
Ramiro did a great job. he was very friendly, professional, polite and informative. He informed me to turn on the water and garbage disposal first before using it. Never knew that, I always put "stuff" down the disposal first,then turned it on with water, In addition, the price was very very reasonable.
I have used Dutton before and will call them again and will gladly recommend Dutton Plumbing.

I needed two visits to repair my tankless hot water heater. The first visit got the heater working again but the tech explained the issues with it and basically said to hope for the best. It died for good a week later.
The second tech, Elias H., did a thorough troubleshooting and echoed what I was told the first time after calling the manufacturer. I needed a new water heater, which was not cheap, but had to be done. Dutton subtracted what I paid for the first repair from the final bill.
Elias returned with a new unit the next day and spent 8 straight hours installing it. He had to reroute the old lines and install new vents ( the old unit was no longer manufactured and the replacement, of course, was completely different). He spent a lot of time figuring out an installation that would not damage the exterior stucco of my house even though it greatly slowed down the process. He continued working until well after dark.

We had a problem with our toilet flapper getting stuck. Dutton Plumbing sent our technician Andrew E to evaluate our situation. He arrived on time and was very courteous. He explained what caused our problem and suggested we get a Halowater Premium Whole House Filtration System. He took the time to do a walk through to check each of our bathroom's water pressure and checked out other items to ensure that there weren't other issues, as well as providing us with the Water Heater service. He explained everything and provided us with a written estimate of the costs that would be incurred . I would recommend Dutton Plumbing to anyone who needs service. Great service from the girls in the office to Andrew E. Sorry I did not catch the name of the girl in the office but she called me back in 15 min. like she said she would. She informed me technician was on his way and would be at the house in 30 min. Andrew arrived 5 min. early which was really appreciated. I hate to wait. Andrew assessed the situation and came up with several options. We decided to have the leak on hand repaired as this was within our price range. The best part was no pressure sales talk or up selling or scare tactics. The leak was fixed very quickly and Andrew even took the time to vacuum and clean up the area even though most of the drywall mess was from me. Andrew went above and beyond and checked every bathroom and all the faucets thru out the house to make sure there were no other problems. Andrew showed professionalism and was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. I would recommend Dutton Plumbing and Andrew to anyone needing a plumber. Matt Domingo and his assistant Leo did an excellent job replacing our water heater.
It was quite complicated because the previous plumbers had not done some things correctly.
Matt and Leo worked 10 hours straight, got everything done without a complaint or bitch.
Matt has become our "regular plumber". He has a great attitude and spirit. My wife, Liz, is always pleased to have Matt in the house. They cleaned up perfectly and we are very satisfied. Hopefully, this new water heater will last a long time and have no service needs.

I was on a plane sitting on the tarmac when my son called and was panicking as we had a very big leak in the master bathroom. I called Dutton Plumbing from the plane and requested emergency service repair as it was 7:00 pm and to work with my son until I could get home from LAX ( I live in oxnard). Two hours later when I got home, the familiar Dutton truck was in front of the house. Elias was our service tech. He was fantastic! he immediately was already checking the issue out and diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes. He gave me two options to work with and was able to fix the problem immediately. He was so helpful and friendly. He was here until 11:00 pm and stayed until he made sure the leak was 100% fixed. I have always used Dutton for any plumbing issues.
