Critter Control of Dallas Ft Worth does an excellent job . They have sealed my home to keep the critters out and they come back for quarterly service. Cecil was here today for a quarterly service call. He is knowledgeable, friendly and does a thorough job inspecting and treating the outside of my house. I would like to recognize CJ as an outstanding technician for Critter Control. CJ was on time, friendly, polite, professional and so helpful. We had used Critter Control to eradicate a "rodents in the attic" problem several years ago and wanted to make sure it had remained rodent-free. It had! CJ then went above and beyond. He did a thorough inspection followed by a treatment in which he applied a repellant along the perimeter of our home and yard. While many of our neighbors continue to have issues with rodents, we are grateful to CJ and Critter Control for taking care that we do not! Cecil D. 10/15/20 |

After spending money with ******* and countless other companies I Googled and I was told Critters was the best so I tried Critters I spent $1,200 only for them to come out to spray my house what a detour now I mind you I just had one rat mice in my garage are in my attic . They were supposed to come out every 3 months unless they had to come out and do a removal I had to call them twice I had a year contract with them again I spent twelve hundred up front they came out only two times two times only to spray my garage with the detour and put a gate up on my house that was in that was off and put a camera in my attic that they later removed this company literally made me feel like I was robbed $1,200 and I never heard no more from them again. Money is hard to come by but to have spent that kind of money and they only came out twice and did what they did is absolutely absurd I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody Call C. 10/11/20 |
