Great service ! Got the 30 min call before Kevin arrived and he was right on time. Came in and showed me everything. He was thorough and explained all the issues and how they need to be fixed and taken care of. He took his time also to insure everything was looked at. Very professional and courteous !!!! I had my attic overhauled due to rodents and insulation replacement. The crew from Critter Control of DFW came out and was lead by Julio Rivera. Mr. Rivera was so professional and kind. We discussed what my expectations were before the service started. And when the job was completed he took me around the house to inspect the work. First time ever using a pest control company. Had a squirrel in the attic that needed to be removed and barred from reentering the area. Critter Control came in, did a thorough inspection and told us what needed to be done. Their crew showed up promptly and spent 2-3 hours repairing entry holes and sealing every other potential entry/exit; sprayed the attic to cover the pheromones that attract the critters, sprayed the exterior foundation to discourage/deter the cute little monsters from returning, plugged the brick weep holes and applied screens to shield the rooftop vents from entry. A very thorough job done efficiently and effectively. Somewhat pricey, but worth every penny for what was accomplished. Very pleased with ********* and his crew for the great job they did for us. Julien came out and walked through everything on our property and was very knowledgeable. He explained very thoroughly how the critters were getting into the house, how their behaviors perpetuate and cause the nuisances, and what were the best ways to rid the home of existing and of course prevent from re-entering.
