Kolbie was delightful to have out at my house, I was surprised and happy to hear a woman was coming out. She showed up on time and her communication with me was great. The attic inspection shocked me as she went through every inch and looked closely at my problem, while telling me a solution. She gave me a plan of action that fits my needs, and made sense. We had a problem. Something was “building condos” in our attic. Then the storm hit. Silence. Then construction... again. Time to call in the experts. I knew only Critter Control. Julien called on his way to assess our needs, he asked “so...what’s going on?” I said we were “having condos being built in the attic.” And more details followed. Well, dear professional, experienced, and knowledgeable Julien assessed. Yep. Condos, apartments, and outhouses! EGads!! How did this happen??? We have an older home. It is cold out. Marsupials and rodents seek warmth. (Check your interior attics for holes!!) We have a plan. Julien took pictures, gave us assessments, choices we could make. Amicable, friendly, professional, and like Santa, was on too of his task. His valuable time spent with our problem, making it his project to fix, gave us hope for a safer home. We were “hearing” building going on in the attic for too long. Called Critter Control and Julian arrived on the dot at 9:30. After a detailed review of fears, Julian took his knowledge, expertise, no-fear attitude of attics, rodents and raccoons to escape into maze of an attic. He found too many families to name, jumped a couple beams as one large bandit-faced marsupial jumped up hitting the interior roof beams. Julian’s pictures were masterpieces of a world gone wild. Ugly and sad. However Julian had a plan. A good, and safe plan. We had to evict all the squatters. Speaking to both us, he took time explaining each step needed to bring the value back to our health, of not only our home, but us. Life in our castle is precious. Julian is our “knight in shining armor”. The plan is to clean, disinfect, and -in a word- invest. We are investing back in our home. We knew the problem. Julian gave us the answers.
