I had Kara K. visit the house today and look through the attic/ house. I had the BEST customer service in a long time! She was very knowledgeable, patient and took time to explain everything there is to know for the customer.
She listened and did not try to push services on a person that they would not need but took everything into consideration and gave her point of view.
Since we are renting and our lease is up in a few months there is not much we can do at the moment but I definitely will call this company FIRST with any related issues we’ll have in the future and request Kara to come and do any work that needs to be done.
I give her five stars or the max stars 5.

Today’s visit was very enlightening. When I was looking to treat squirrels it was a Denna five I had a Nother issue that needed urgent attention. Kolbie was excellent, she was professional, and very educated. Kolbie explained a plan of action that fit my needs. When she arrived she asked what my concerns were right off the bat and thoroughly went over my concerns. She went all the way around my attic to find my culprits and gave me the best plan for my home. I would recommend having kolbie as your inspector, she is great!
