I have squirrels in the eves of my house so I called Critter Control. Julien came out to do the initial inspection and it went great. I wanted to say how much I enjoyed the entire experience. Richard S. did the initial visit and inspection. He was very thorough and showed me pictures of the areas of concern in my home. He answered any questions I had and made himself available for any concerns I had in the future. He also handled my neighbor’s home. Jesus was in charge of the crew that did the work on my home. He was also very professional, explained what would happen and how it would be done. They were extremely thorough and even found and fixed a couple of things that a previous company had missed. Absolutely everything was handled exactly as it was explained to me and even more. The most rewarding experience I’ve ever had with pest control. They also completely cleaned up before they left! Julien came over to inspect the attic and give his professional view and i must confess that 'a nicer man have i not seen'. He patiently took his time to clarify all my questions on squirrels and their impact on my home. To be honest i wanted to follow him into the artic as i am naturally paranoid and hence didnt want to trust what was said but he took great pictures which showed me all the access areas into my attic. He also took me on a tour round the house and explained to me in detail all the other possible access routes of the squirrels into my apartment. He further showed me videos on how they operate and how to get them out/prevent them coming in which put me so much at ease. At the end of his visit, i felt i had known him all my life. I'll give a follow-up review after the actual work is completed and i can access how great a job was done but my first impressions through my interactions with Julian has been nothing short of impressive! Two young ladies have arrived at my house, and did an awesome Job inspecting my attic. Kolbie and Morgan were very thorough and walked me through the plan of action. Every step was explained in much detail, and they gave me a great price. Based off the information I was given, and what they showed me around and inside my home, I have decided to get on the schedule. I would recommend Critter Controls service to anyone with rodent issues. Critter control can handle anything big or small, and I would call them with any issue I may have, they also are able to get out to home extremely quickly! He called beforehand, showed up on time, was professional and courteous, and most importantly was able to help remedy by rodent problem! He did a very thorough inspection and made sure I understood how the rodents were getting in. He also was able to show me how they could remedy the situation to prevent future pest issues. Julien was amazing! With in 2 mins I knew he was an amazing caring guy! He wasn't trying to sell me he was genuinely trying to help. I didn't want to commit to anything to day.. I explained my situation he understood. he offer to help anyways took the time to answer all questions and even sprayed for me the first time just because he cared.
