Kolbie did an excellent job inspecting our situation and providing us with options for getting it remedied. She was knowledgeable and friendly and very processional. Cat texted me & told me she would be there in 30 minutes. Then she text me when she was in the parking lot .
She was very thorough about explaining the damage that she saw & she inspected the inside of our Church as well as the outside,and showed me a board that needed to be replaced & other areas around the building.

Wow! Austin was great. He came out today to assess our critter situation. He was careful to explain everything in terms that we could understand. He was courteous, professional, thorough and obviously very well trained in getting rid of critters. He did an outstanding job of explaining exactly what services they would provide, why we needed those services, exactly how the process would go, and the fact that there is a ten year warranty which is transferable. The really great thing is that if we need a new roof for any reason during those ten years, they will come out and undo, then redo the work to be sure the house is once again sealed up completely to prevent any return of critters. I was in sales for years and I appreciate a good salesperson. Austin is most definitely a very well informed, professional, and well spoken salesperson. What a great asset he is to his company. Mr. Julien was very patient, I am a teacher and was running behind coming from school. He explained everything to me and gave an understanding of exactly what he would be looking for. He left no stone unturned, walked me through what he was doing before he did it and addressed all concerns without forcing me to buy anything( not all salesmen can do that). Once he was finished he walked me through what they could do for me, pricing and options for payment. I have to say I am more knowledgeable about the critters because of him. I had rodent issues and Julien was very helpful in educating me on how rodents get into the addict. He also went in and found traces of rodent activity, especially mice. We discussed options and he conducted the preliminary actions, mostly the deterrent pre-cautions and laid some mouse traps.
I can attest to his attention to detail to his work and versed experience in this line of work. In addition, the company is veteran owned owned, and help veterans for which I am.
Honestly, 30-45 mins after his departure, I heard the first mouse trap go off, and the result was the picture added.
I am anticipating the results of the phase 2 of this work with Julien and his team. I recommend them to anyone facing similar issue.
