From the first call I made to this company, they were extremely pleasant to deal with as well as very professional. The crew with Julio Ramon as lead arrived on time. They did not waste any time in getting started on the job. They completed the job, cleaned up after themselves and instructed me on next steps and follow up. Julien P. immediately put me at ease with his jovial personality. Very informative and answer all my questions even anticipated some.
After our inspection, Julien outlined various options for remediation he could offer me.
We went with Critter Control because of their expertise and their focus on customer service.
I was amazed by how quickly they were able to get a team to start work, they started the work the very next day. Zach and his team arrived promptly at the aloted time and jumped right to work. The team worked very efficiently everyone jumping on their respective task, from setting up the insulation machines, to patching the eves.
Zach kept me informed of the progress over the course of the day.
They finished the same day and my eves look better than they probably did 26 years ago when the house was build.

I had another service provider come out over the weekend and I think he may have been at my house 30 minutes and I was pleased with his assessment until I met with Julien and he went over every detail imaginable.
