Cecil DeVance called me to give the time he would arrive, and he arrived in that time frame. He was professional, polite and well informed about his product. He pressure sprayed the exterior of my house to rid us of mosquitos, bugs and creepy crawly things. He has thorough and was done in less than thirty minutes. I would have to say that Phillip was all the things that several "well known"
businesses have not been.
I received a reminder call a couple of days before and Philip called me the morning of to let me know he was about 30 minutes out. I really appreciated that because I have a large dog that is super protective. His call gave me the time to secure the dog away.
When he rang the doorbell, he stepped back about 11ft to give me space. Rarely does that happen these days. He answered every question I had about what he was spraying with. He answered a question about a problem we were having with flies that like to hang out around plants in the kitchen sink area.
Philip was knowledgeable about his job.
To sum it up, a product can be good and get the job done but he delivered
very well for Critter Control and the professionalism that Critter Control instills into

They are extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and conscientious! I had several families of squirrels living in my attic. I was referred to Critter Control by a friend of mine, and told that they would take care of the problem! They certainly did I am confident that nothing can get into my house with the barricades they set up. Cecil came out this morning to service the bait traps. I told him that I really also want to add pest control to what they were already doing. I wasn’t sure exactly what all they did do, but I knew I did not want roaches in my garage. He volunteered right then to fix the problem right now for me and that I could set it up on a monthly or yearly basis which off thoroughly intend to do. Plus they were supposed to come back at some point and repaint what the metal over the replaced trim and soffits which had been repaired due to the squirrels! Jeremy Trueax and his crew was absolutely amazing in their information and responses to our concerns! We thought we had squirrels and found out it was rats! Rodents are a nasty business ones house, and my wife and children started to get scared about this issue we had. Daniel (initial sales) was so knowledgeable about this issue and filled us with such confidence that we pulled the trigger on the cost. (ITS WORTH IT! BUUUUUUUT, its not cheap, people!) Jeremy came out and was just as knowledgeable with the my concern and walked with me several times around the house and explained all issues fully and did not leave until he felt we were comfortable. Julien was my technician today for my inspection on my rat and mice infestation and I have nothing but great things to say. He was very informative and super sweet and very direct about our rat issues we have going on. This company hasn’t completed service just yet but just the hospitality that we got from him I expect nothing but excellent work when it’s time.
