From start to finish, critter control is all over it. They are so thorough and professional. The initial inspection was done by Julien P. Who is insanely knowledgeable and tried to make light of a pretty tough situation. Day of, the crew that showed up to take care of my full attic overhaul was lead by Jesse R. Jesse and co were absolutely amazing. They go above and beyond to not only handle infestations but to thoroughly secure the perimeter to make sure you don’t have any future issues. He guided me through the entire process, allowed me to give real time feedback and worked through it all with me. They answered every single question/concern and stayed late to complete a task that my property manager found and ensured it was finished with a smile on his face. The whole experience was excellent. 11/27/20:
My wife and I were absolutely pleased with our decision to go with Critter Control to rid our home’s attic of squirrels and rodents. As well as our decision to get needed insulation installed in our attic.
We are equally please to say how great of a job that Alvaro (Crew Lead) and his Critter Control Team did with all the extensive and amazing work securing our home’s interior and exterior involved in ridding our home from squirrels and rodents. As well, the wonderful job performed removing all of the old insulation and rodent excrement, sanitizing the attic, and installing brand new attic insulation.
Alvaro also took the time to listen to every one of our Critter Control concerns and went above and beyond addressing each and every one of them.
I highly recommend Alvaro and his Critter Control Team for all your Critter Control and Attic Insulation needs.

I highly recommend Critter Control. They do excellent and complete work, are reliable and make good on commitments. We had critters in the attic that were taking up unwanted residence. One had died and was filling the house with a very troublesome and offensive odor that we could not remove or mask until professionals were called. Kolbie did an excellent job providing details of the problem and prescribing a solution. I only wish she could have removed the corpse and treated the odor until more thorough treatment could be scheduled(10 days later). This would have at least helped us to cope with the stench and prevented decomposing fluids from soaking into the ceiling sheetrock. Alvaro and his crew showed up on time and immediately went to work removing all the old fiberglass insulation, critters, spraying antibacterial, patching the numerous access points created by the critters both inside and out. Lastly, adding new cellulose to the attic that is treated to deter critters of all sorts, then spraying around the foundation to deter critters from returning. Alvaro was great at explaining all the work that was done, very polite and informative. He even put a camera in the attic to monitor the return of any stragglers that will need to be dispatched. Now that the work has been completed (took around 6 hrs) there will be some follow up to make sure we are critter free. While we were very satisfied with the work done we were not prepared for the cost, about the same as a complete remodeling of a master bathroom. Other than the cost, 5-stars in all respects.
