Julien was my inspector. He was very good with his inspection as he came out and shower and explained what was going on at my home with the rodents tearing up my attic with pictures and pointing out for me to see the things in my attic like the urine and the feces. We went from a scratching sound in our wall, to a horrible smell in a matter of a couple of days. We needed someone to respond quickly and Julien did. Communication was quick and easy. Julien was extremely thorough in his inspection and documented everything. He gave us not just the "what" but the "why". Julien was knowledgable, responsive, and took pride in his work. He explained everything to our satisfaction and then followed through on everything promised. When it came to the hard part - removing all of the insulation from the attic, disinfecting the place, inspecting the wiring, and putting the insulation back in, Alvaro and his crew did a fantastic job. They were professional from start to finish.

We had Kolbie out here for what we thought was a squirrel, but it ended up being a raccoon! She was professional, polite, punctual, and overall a pleasure to have out!
We are using Critter Controls service to completely remove our rodent issue. Out of all the pest companies I have used in the past, nothing compares to this as they will not be managing my issue, but solving it for good!
