Kolbie was amazing and professional in her first review of my home situation.
I had another company come out right before her and the gentlemen had no clue how to diagnose my problem and Kolbie walked right up, told me what was happening with true confidence, grabbed her ladder and hopped up in the attic (which the man would not even do) and started taking pictures, analyzing the premise and talking to me about the problem).
She was sharp, on time, and totally showed up the man at the other company.

Cecil DeVance performed our follow-up service to make sure no rodents have penetrated our attic or through the weepholes. Cecil refreshed the bait boxes and sprayed the perimeter for ants and other bugs. Cecil is professional, friendly and thorough. After hiring Critter Control for a very bad rodent problem we also purchased their pest control services.
