We were so pleased with the overall service we received from Columbus Worthington Air. Our repairman Lee arrived on Tuesday to diagnose the problem, and we decided it was best to replace the failing AC unit and install a new furnace. Mike Brooks arrived within an hour of Lee's call, and we were able to have the new units installed the next morning. Our installers were Keith Shaw and Byron Wilcox and they did an outstanding job. The were very respectful of our home, and left the basement organized and swept up. After they were done installing they did a great job in explaining how the new Nest system works. We will definitely recommend CWA to anyone who needs this type of service. 08/06/18 |

Keith and Byron came out last Thursday to install a new furnace and AC unit. We had gotten an estimate on Wednesday and they were able to install things the next morning. Keith and Byron did such a great job! The arrived right on the appointed time, and got done with everything in about 4 hours. They were great about going over the maintenance needed to be done on the furnace, and going over the specifics of the new Nest system. And, they made sure the basement area was really cleaned up before they left. Sales rep was informative, patient, and professional. He did not oversell and appeared to have a great understanding of what unit would work best in my particular house. Installers Todd R and Jeff B were polite, informative, and professional. The installation process was fully explained, the equipment both inside the house and outside was installed properly. They were patient and thorough explaining the system operation and answering questions. Installation of the air conditioner required removing the old AC from its mounting on brackets attached to the house. Todd R was careful when removing the old unit, cutting the brackets, and leveling and installing the new ground contact base. Bottom line is that the Bryant air conditioner and furnace installation was an extremely positive experience and a testament to why Columbus Worthington Air has been a long-standing successful business in central Ohio. I have been using Columbus Worthington Air for the past 18 years. They are an awesome company. When I had my unit checked 3 months ago, Jamie T., who usually does my service, mentioned that my A/C unit was getting old. He asked if I thought it was time to consider a new unit. I replied, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it!" Well now I see that Jamie knew best!
Yesterday afternoon we realized that our A/C had died. Within about 2 hours, we had technician, Kenny W. at our home to service our unit. Unfortunately, it was time for a major repair or we needed a new unit. By 8 pm last night, salesperson, John B. was at our home and by 8:30 am this morning, the team arrived to put in our new unit. Now that's service! I want to compliment Josh C. and Tyler W., the installers, on their politeness, professionalism, efficiency, and cleanliness! They were in and out in 5 hours and I hardly knew that they were here. They offered help with any questions I had several times and quite frankly, we couldn't be happier. John was great!!! I was pleased to find a sales person who pays attention to the super small details. When he got to the house he put on those bootie things and looked at what we had. So time to sit down and review and a couple things stood out right off 1) he did not put his binder on the table may seem like a small thing put the table is expensive and he respected that NOT to take a chance, 2) When my wife had a question and there were a few he did not talk down and talk to her as a "female", and that sold her there. 2 other companies came out and treater her like a girl as she puts it. He didnt rush at all to try and answer her questions.
3 we were not nudged to one system or the other put he explained how each would save money for our house.

Columbus Worthington Air has been servicing our homes' HVAC equipment for many years and have always done good work for a good price. Rob E, who is our regulars service technician, was here today to install an energy saving devise on both of our air conditioners. As he was walking between the two units he noticed a gas small near our natural gas grill. He took the time to check it out and helped identify a gas leak in the grill. Oh my gosh! Why I waited so long to get connected with Columbus Worthington Air is a mystery to me! This company is, without a doubt, the finest service company that we have ever used for our HVAC needs! The gals who answer the phones are polite and helpful. They actually seem genuinely happy that they are able to assist you! Then there was the Comfort Specialist who sold us our new furnace....what a gem! And the 2 Installers who came into our home to remove the old furnace and replace it with a brand new one...we are so thankful for the respect that they showed us and our home. And then there is Kenny W., our Service Specialist. Kenny is the kind, helpful, respectful, hard-working, patient, question answering, gentleman who gave our air-conditioner a check up. He was so knowledgeable and it was apparent from the get-go that this guy is the guy who I will choose to ALWAYS service our HVAC equipment from here on out!
