We were very pleased with Kenny's style and expertise when inspecting our air conditioner. He showed me how to properly put a filter in as we had the old one in backward. He gave us advice on how often to replace it. He also hosed off our air conditioner and let me know how to keep it clean. Everything went very smoothly for this service call. The company called me when the Tech was on his way, like they said they would. I had time to leave work, and I pulled up just as he was pulling up ! David O. was the technician, and I bombarded him with questions, and he answered all of them patiently. He was very professional and knowledgeable. The visit went very well, with David offering me his recommendations about how to manage my HVAC system going forward. I was especially happy that nobody scared me into having to get a new system right at this moment, but I was told that the unit was approaching the reasonable life span. I was stressing out before the visit, because it has been a while since any maintenance has been done on the system, but... I felt a lot better afterward. A great visit. Thank you.

My AC unit wasn’t cooling correctly. After a very hot night I called Columbus Worthington Air and they scheduled me for an appointment the same day. Ian showed up on time and did a fantastic job. He also provided me with additional knowledge on how to better care for my AC unit. The whole process was very easy. I’m impressed!

I have used Columbus Worthington Air on three different occasions in the past 2 years and have been extremely satisfied on each visit. When a tech recommended I replace my 15 year old system, salesman Ryan was patient and knowledgeable, especially since this was my first time purchasing a system. Additionally, Ryan was honest throughout the whole process and did not try to push me in purchasing system features I didn’t need. When it came time for the install, Tyler W. and Winson S. were excellent. They were courteous and informative during the entire visit. At the end of the install, they stuck around for a few extra minutes to explain how the entire system worked in my home. I plan on using Columbus Worthington Air in the future and definitely recommend them to others!

We had been using Shelby for all our maintenance calls, but since Shelby is now doing commercial calls, we intend to ask for Rob from now on. Your office staff answering call is also exceptional helpful, and I enjoy joking with them whenever I call !!

Rob E. arrived in the first hour of the 2 to 6pm window on a very HOT day, taking the heat in stride. He checked all the systems, one part that needed replaced was no charge -still under warranty. No muss, no fuss, he didn't even break a sweat, on to the next call in about an hour.

Well first of all I never received the scheduled service. I was scheduled to have an air conditioning tuneup between 8-1pm on June 30,2018. I called that morning and talked to the office to confirm the appointment. Yes I was told you are on the schedule. Finally, after waiting for over 5 hours and no call I called the office and they said you were in the system for 8 to 1. There was no reason why this had not happened. I understand how things can happen and change but common courtesy not to give me a call for 5 wasted hours the weekend before the Holiday is just inexcusable

Tyler and Adam went above and beyond the call of duty by installing our new Bryant A/C unit on the Fourth of July. They arrived promptly as promised. We appreciated their friendliness and professionalism. They both were more than willing to answer questions that we had about the install and took the time to instruct us on the use of the new NEST thermostat. My wife and I were very satisfied with their service. Top-notch!

The company was able to fix my AC unit within two days of calling. Other places I contacted quoted at least a week, which would have been miserable in 90 degree heat. Kenny was unbelievably quick to assess the problem and completed the repair in under an hour. He also suggested I clean the unit coils myself vs charging an additional fee. I cannot say enough positive and I will absolutely call Worthington Air in future.
