Kenny performed our regular maintenance check and did a fantastic job cleaning and evaluating the system. He was prepared, on time, and took his time to explain his findings. The three installers, Josh C, Tyler W and Nick J, were all excellent to work with. They were prompt in their arrival and cleaned up afterwards. They answered questions and walked me through operation and care for my new furnace and AC. Columbus Worthington Air sales rep was also well informed and helped with finding affordable contractors for electric work and Environmental work that needed to be completed before project. Quickly scheduled visit to determine why A/C was "overcooling" lower level. (Next day). Rob inspected the furnace and determined main cause and provided advice on how to better control air flow around the house. This was a warrantee call so there was no charge. On an 85 degree evening I came home to a home equally as warm. Called CWA and left a message with their answering service. Jamie returned my call within 15 minutes. 15 minutes later he was at my door and 30 minutes later he had fixed the problem (blown fuse and fried circuit) Cool air is now flowing from the vents. Thankfully I had the service plan which put my call at the front of the queue. All repairs covered under warranty. Final cost $0. Thanks Jamie!! Jamie T. 07/16/18 |

Rob not only arrived at the scheduled time, he was a few minutes early. He explained what they would be doing and answered a few questions we had. Both technicians were friendly, polite, courteous and very efficient. (We were having a new central a/c system installed as a replacement.) Our Air conditioner picked a great time to go out so we called Worthington Air who had been servicing our Fce and Air Cond.
After reviewing our options we followed their recomendation and had them replace both. Due to their age etc. and the saving of doing them together.
The two gentlemen Jeff B. and Todd R called and gave us notice they were coming. Showed up and introduced theirselves
and layed down clean tarp to protect our floor, and went to work
Before we knew it the house was cooling and they were explaining what they had done, the warranties, how to set and control the thermostat, giving us our paper work and phone numbers if we need anything.
We highly recomend Columbus Worthington Air, and the service men we had Jeff B and Todd R for the professional, caring, friendly way they went about their work.
