Ian H was excellent. He recognized the problem and called Bryant This was in response to a recall several years ago. Ian remembered the issue talked to Bryant and resolved the issue. I was very impressed with his professionalism and expertise. I hope Ian will always be the tech person who comes to service my system. I would highly recommend him. Recently purchased a house in mid summer. When I attempted to turn on the heat the furnace wouldn't kick on. I called Columbus Worthington Air and they had Kenny W. out to my house the next day. Kenny had everything up and running in less than 1 hour.
