I am very happy with the service provided by Josh and Tyler for CWA. They arrived on time, worked diligently( even though it rained most of the day), were very courteous to me and tolerated my noisy little dog. They explained what they were doing and the changes in operating the thermostat and changing the filter.
When finished, they cleaned up the area and took away all of the trash.
Even though I am recovering from back surgery and this happened at a bad time for me I am a satisfied customer again with CWA and will continue to refer my friends to use this company. Josh C., Tyler W. 08/23/18 |

We had a hour long session with Rob E. and our contractors reviewing previous ducting and managing the interface of new and old ducting during a home remodeling project on our 38yr old home.
We agreed and understood all the changes and also reviewed the various settings in old ducts and vent to maximize seasonal efficiencies. Rob was thorough and patient in reviewing with us current plans and how to seasonally change the flows from furnaces and air conditioners to get the best results.

As a first time customer of Columbus Worthington Air I was very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of our installers Zach S and Andrew V. They called ahead, arrived when scheduled, explained what they would be doing and got busy. They did a wonderful job installing our new furnace and air conditioning units. They cleaned up everything and loaded the old parts. Zach explained the new unit in detail showing us all we needed to know as well as explaining and demonstrating our new smart thermostat. Great experience with scheduling and responding to our service request. Impressed that Columbus Worthington Air responds to service calls on the weekend. The scheduler was courteous and on target with the time frame provided for technician's arrival and called us when he was on his way to our home.
Technician, Michael Wright, was fantastic! Not only was he knowledgeable; he took the time to show me the various elements of the air conditioning unit which were causing the problem. Columbus Worthington Air is a great company. I have a service contract and they not only remind me to schedule maintenance visits, but they usually schedule them for the same week. I've used their emergency service a few times, and they've had my AC back up and running in the heat of summer on the same day I call. They came out because of a leak.

We just got home from vacation at 10:30 PM on Friday night. We have no air in the house so we look up emergency heating and cooling and Worthington air popped up. They was so fast and efficient to get to our house so late. Andrew m. Was so nice and gave details of the unit that we had and what was going on. He then got some other gentlemen to the house so we can get insulation the nex day, amazing!! The two gentlemen that was at the house today was so friendly, nice and respectful. Last October I woke up to the sound of a carbon monoxide alarm: enough to wake the dead (at least i didn’t “Wake Up Dead”. My old furnace had cracked and was a hazard...
Columbus Worthington Air (C.W.E) then installed in October 2017 my new AirConditioner/Furnace, together with the NEST system that controls the new system remotely from my iPhone. In the following months my Columbia Gas Bills were cut at least in half. C.W.A. were on time, courteous, truthful and professional. Today technician Jeremy serviced the system as part of their Advantage Plus plan for maintenance: again, Jeremy was unhurried, patient, full of information, on time and competent. Thank YOU, Jeremy! Kenny Ward, the technician sent by Columbus Worthington Air diagnosed a mysterious problem with our condo's 7 year old heat pump in which the AC functioned very well, but would stop unpredictably.
