Didn't NEED a new furnace, but it was from 1992 and didn't owe me anything. I'd been thinking about it for a couple of years as I would go down to the basement and re-light the pilot, or pay a few hundred bucks every spring to recharge freon. I'd been using CWA for the last few years for service and maintenance, so I gave them (and a couple other local companies) a shot. Brian Rensi directed me towards an 80% two-stage gas w/ variable speed fan (Bryant 315) furnace and a Bryant 113 A/C unit. I added a humidifier. Nest E and Nest Protect (CO detector) came with package. All communication with CWA was timely and efficient - even through the Christmas holidays (i.e. signed the deal on Christmas Eve; install occurred on Dec. 29). Rob C. and Winson S arrived at my house within 30 minutes of their phone call. All of the work was done within approximately 7 hours: removal of old equipment, install, test and train me on new, clean up and drive away. The Nest equipment is functioning as promised (even with slight learning curve) and my home actually feels warmer per the same thermostat setting with older equipment - they said it would. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the Columbus area who is looking to replace their HVAC system.

Jeff B & Vincent L. installed a new furnace and Central Air unit for my mother. They were both very knowledgeable and professional. They did an awesome job installing everything and did an awesome job explaining their work and how to use the new units. I would recommend Columbus Worthington Air and Jeff B & Vincent L. to anyone who needs heating and cooling services. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Thanks guys! Awseome job!!

Joe Payne did an exceptional job from a sales perspective with recommending a new furnace/air conditioning unit. He presented all our options and let us decide. He was able to provide significant discounts to our purchase. Jeff B. and Zack S. were exceptional installers. Not only did they meet our expectations with their work, but they displayed enthusiasm with how they went about their work. Their knowledge of how the equipment worked was impressive. They worked well together and I could tell they enjoyed what they were doing. They should be teaching others on how to be professional installers. We were very impressed. Hold onto these guys!

Columbus Worthington Air is my go-to for any HVAC needs. All the other companies spout service and price. CWA has delivered for me for over 15 years. When nobody else has time to help, they do. When you need pricing and delivery on a new system, they got it for a fair price. My installers Andrew V. and Sergio were prompt, professional, and thorough. They give discounts to clients for good reviews. I worked for this company for about 6 months. They say they are all about family. Here is how they treat family. In the past 3 months I have had 3 family members pass away. My stepfather from lung cancer. One day later my 20yr nephew was hit by a car running a red light and killed, then the week before Christmas my best friend of 20yrs died of brain cancer. I am godfather to his daughter as he has no one to leave her to. I put in over 40hrs last week all while trying to move this 6yr old girl who lost her father the week before Christmas. I was working all week and driving 2hrs one way everyday to try and make this as smooth for her as I could. I asked for zero time off. Somewhere in all of this I lost my work keys. I understand they were my responsibility, I also had house keys and personal car keys on it. I was more than willing to pay any amount needed to get the keys replaced. I never had a complaint about my work. I had one drive cam incident and that was it. So they day after Christmas I still cannot find the keys. Guess who shows up at my front door saying he is bringing me a new set of keys... lied he was coming to take the truck and fire me. So I on top iof having a two yr old son and taking in a young lady who's father just died. I get fired the day after Christmas. So Merry Christmas and happy New Year to the Columbus Worthington team. Want my advise go with Atlas Butler. Better prices and service.

I highly recommend Columbus Worthington Air to anyone in need. Mr. Kenny Ward came to our home this evening to see what was going on with our furnace. From the time he got here until the time he left, he showed how a true professional works. He listened, asked questions, and most importantly took the time to teach my wife and I how the HVAC system works and the possible reasons we were having issues. After that, he gave us options to begin looking into. By the end of our short time together, I had the trust for him as an absolute pro and somebody I would absolutely ask for help again.

Kenny was great ... came early in the time window, completed the work quickly and answered all my questions. Only wish Columbus Worthington Air would lower the price of their Maintenance Contract ... I only seem to get the benefit of the two service calls. Thinking next year to not sign up for the contract and just call for the spring and fall service calls.

Update December 2018 -- Rob E. installed a new whole house humidifier. He kept me posted on the progress and provided very friendly service. I was telling him how pleased I've been with the company, and he mentioned what a good company it is to work for. That means a lot - I'm happy to support a company that treats its employees well! -------------------- Heard a rattling when I turned on my furnace this season. The issue was obscure and difficult to find, but technician Ryan C. was resourceful, identified the problem, and successfully repaired it quickly and successfully. Also professional, personable, and exceptionally courteous. I have been a customer of Columbus Worthington Air for years, and have never been disappointed. Highly recommend.

All in all, this became a good experience. But it wasn't at first. It took four home visits to get a solid diagnosis and cooperation with our home warranty company. It was a lot of time and effort to get to the bottom of it. In the end, Columbus Worthington Air credited our money back from those home visits. The service technician who really helped us the most and made things right was Rob E. Rob E is like our saint. He was super nice, talked us through everything, and had amazing interpersonal skills. He took the time to talk to our home warranty company and explained everything perfectly. Rob E. is a 10 star man. Then Joe P. came over and helped us get set up with a new furnace. Ask for the right people and then you can get really really great service!

We were fortunate enough to get Tim Byrd dispatched to our home to address our heating problem.. He was professional and diligent in trying to get our situation corrected...He didn't have the part required to fix it so he ordered it in my presence and we had to wait several days for it to arrive. He did everything he could to try to ensure we would have some heat , I assured him that since it was only a few days our fireplace would get us through . Several days passed and he returned to install the part . He took the time to check everything and was very knowledgeable. We would recommend him to our family and friends. My furnace check up was handled very professionally by the tech, Kenny Ward. He was able to answers questions about concerns I had about my humidifier and made suggestions about what to do next, estimates etc. Very helpful for an old lady who is trying to keep old condo going. Jamie preformed a periodic maintenance on my Furnace. This is the third time he has been here for me. He is very professional, efficient, and friendly as well. He did a few extra things - washed the (reusable) furnace filter, and after he checked the furnace and adjusted the gas flow, and checked the humidifier, he noticed the knob on the humidifier control was missing and found a replacement in his truck. I have confidence he will give me good work at a fair price. The little things make him exceptional.

Excellent customer service from beginning to end! First service arrived in about an hour...which was important as our furnace quit working and it's WINTER! Next person was awesome in helping us pick out our new system - happen the same day! As always we had a great customer service from CWA! Ended up needed an entire new furnace/AC. CWA came out immediately and diagnosed the problem, sent another expert to help us choose a system, and then in 48 hours we have our new Furnace. The Installers Keith Shaw and Adam Sloan did an excellent, efficient, and fast installation. They were both very polite, neat, and explained everything they were doing and how to work the new system . I highly recommend!
