Kenny Ward of Columbus Worthington Air was highly professional and knowledgeable. He identified the ac problem quickly and soon our home was being efficiently cooled again. He answered all my questions and made sensible future recommendations. I was not happy with the cost of a new capacitor that cost over $200 and you can pick one up at Home Depot or Lowe's for $30 or less. I've been a customer of Columbus Worthington Air for well over a decade. They've performed repairs, service and a complete HVAC system replacement. I've always been very pleased with the honesty, service and price. My latest experience was an annual home heating inspection. Service Technician Kenny W. was extremely professional and friendly. On the first "cold" day of September (Sept 10, 2018); we awoke to a non-working furnace. We had just purchased the furnace this past March. A quick call to Columbus Worthington Air brought David to our house. What a pleasant experience! David was friendly and thorough. Columbus Worthington Air helped us out in a very timely manner when our AC stopped working unexpectedly. The techs and sales were very helpful in getting our system up and running. When it stopped, they were able to get us a new system installed and running in a day and a half. We had used them at our previous residence and would not hesitate to use them again. I scheduled my summer A/C checkup for mid August. The gentleman who came was 'on time' and introduced himself with 'a smile'. I directed him to the basement where the unit was and he proceeded to explain what he was doing. I left him to do his work. When he was done he asked to see the outside unit, from what I could see he did not just look and tapped the unit on the top. He seemed to really check it out. I am very impressed with this company and highly recommend the annual service plans they have. I get a text reminder to schedule my service and never have an issue with scheduling. Today Kenny Ward showed up for my appointment. I received a phone call ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. Upon arrival, Kenny was very pleasant and extremely professional.
