Ryan C walked me through the process of what was going to happen with the transition from my old furnace to my new. He also provided everything up front and was honest in what had to be done. I’m so grateful for his help.
Zach and Rob came today to install my furnace and AC! They were very respectful and did there job in a timely manner plus made sure all mess was cleaned up..yay! They also explained to me the new nest very throughly!

Jamie started the process, he came out to service my furnace and suggested that because it was 16 years old I might want to consider replacing the system, he reached out to Brian, Brian came that evening and I decided to go ahead and replace the system, that was on February 18th, on the 20th Adam and Steven arrived with the new system, I was very pleased with the whole process. I am adjusting to the new 2 stage furnace but I am very happy. 02/22/20 |

Our furnace started dying recently on the coldest day so far this year. Columbus Worthington Air was here quickly after I called. After diagnosis and explanation of all the options by Tim B., we realized a new one would need to be installed. Dan Phelps was at our house an hour later to measure and explain, in easy to understand terms, the best choices. The installation team of Rob C., Zach S. and KAM did a great job of putting the new one in. THE WHOLE TEAM was very professional and we have a great new system at a great price, less than 48 hours from our initial call. I highly recommend CWA for your HVAC needs! I just go my new AC installed!! Rob C and Zach S were my installers and the most professional individuals I have met in a long time. I suffer from anxiety and they such a great anxiety free job. They cleaned and took all the old stuff away and it was like they were never here. Thank you Zach for the excellent teaching on my new Nest Thermostat. Looking forward to the summer. Installation gentlemen arrived on time and went right to work. Completed installation in a timely manner and explained what they were doing. They explained how to use the new thermostat they installed. Left the area clean when they left.

Great experience with CWA. A gentlemen came out to the house last night to give us an estimate on getting both our heating and a/c units replaced. Price was so great we signed immediately. Then Ba and Winston came out and installed the very next day. Interactions with all 3 were great! All were knowledgeable, personable, polite... No one wants to have to replace their furnace, but I can say that if you have to replace your furnace, Columbus Worthington Air will make the experience a positive, pleasant one. This company was the fastest to schedule a free home estimate. The estimator, Dan, was knowledgable and personable. My equipment was installed the next day. The installers- Rob C, Zach S and Kam were all professional, caring and timely. I can't say enough about their customer service. To work in such cold conditions and to be that personable says a lot about their character and commitment to their company. Rob C. & Winson S installed our furnace and air conditioner yesterday (Dec. 30, 2019) in record time as we had no heat due to malfunctioning approx 25 yr old furnace. First off, Brian Rensi was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was very knowledgeable with a plethora of financing options to offer us for our new furnace and AC combo install. He offered a zero pressure situation for us when he had given us our estimate originally. I would recommend Brian to anyone who is looking for replacements HVAC.
Secondly, the installers, Rob C. And Winson S. were a rockstar team during our install. They were Polite, Courteous, and efficient as they worked in our home. Their end result was an exceptionally clean install of our new furnace and AC. All of the wires were neatly tucked and all of the plumbing was ran very neatly. They were very informative at the end of the install, giving me a quick rundown on the entire finished product.
All in all I will continue to give my business to Worthington air and their rockstar team.
