I am voluntarily wring this superior review for Daniel T. He is the ultimate professional and service craftsman. He explained everything to us and took extra time to insure each and every one of our questions were answered. Our A/C install was a little more complicated then we realized but Daniel took on the challenge and provided a quality installation of our system. He was timely, efficient and extremely organized in his approach to our installation. As this was a big financial decision for us, we feel we received a superior installation as promised and expected by the Brothers Team. Troy M was very methodical in checking out our furnace which was not working. He ran multiple tests trying to get the blower to function. He also tested for gas leaks which he did find. I found him to be very professional and helpful in explaining the pro's and cons of our situation. Because of his thoroughness, we developed a trust which is critical when making a large financial $$$ decision such as this. After careful consideration and the trust we developed in Troy M we decided to purchase the furnace/AC from Brothers Plumbing. We had a sewer backup in our downstairs shower. We called Brothers and a plumber was sent out. After assessing the problem the toilet was pulled and a cable was sent down to ream out the line. Unfortunately the cable broke. A second plumber, Scott, who has 26 years experience and 23 years with Brothers was called to help with our job. Scott could not have been more professional or personable. He along with his helper, Josh had the broken cable retrieved and our sewer line cleared in short order. Josh had the bathroom cleaned, much to my surprise, before they left. Could not have had two more delightful and efficient men working our plumbing problem. Scott C. 11/21/17 |

I've used Brothers Plumbing for years for my sprinklers, and when I had a problem with my furnace, they quickly sent HVAC Technician, Troy. Troy was on time, very courteous and pleasant as he explained the issues he found with my furnace. He took the time to give me options on the most economical option for repair vs. replacement. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Troy and Brother's Plumbing.

I called Brothers for a quote on a leak at a commercial property, as they've always done a great job on repairs at our home. I had a blocked sewer with a less than ideally positioned clean out. The technician spent all of 10 minutes looking at the pipes before declaring that it was not possible to clear the line. The technician advised that a whole new crew would have to come out for a locate, and to install a new clean out in the yard. Although the technician was hesitant to provide any sort of guess as to the cost of this service, I eventually got him to state that it would be in the ballpark of $3,000-$5,000. When I balked at this, he reiterated that it was not possible to clear my line due to the position of the clean out. So, after refusing the "up-sell" in service, I essentially paid your company a substantial fee to have this technician spend 10 minutes on my property to tell me that he couldn't help me. No alternatives were mentioned, nor options discussed. I had a second plumber over to review the issue (FOR FREE) within the same day. He quickly advised that not only was the clean out possible, but also fairly straightforward. The job was completed that afternoon. The second company agreed that additional work will need to be done to the line in the future. Can you guess who I will be contacting to perform the additional work? It was very clear that this technician had no desire to do any work that may have inconvenienced him in anyway. In the future you should just tell your potential customers over the phone that you don't feel like working with them instead of charging them and wasting their time. Not that it matters, but you have certainly lost my home as customer for any future work. 11/10/17 |

Ron is a amazingly a good, honest, and very professional. He is very meticulous and carefully ensures complete diagnostic of your HVAC system.
However, the only negative thing is directed to the company and not Ron. Apparently folks in operations, purchasing or logistics did not ordered a retrofitting system needed for installing a new filtration system. We had replaced the transformer earlier in the day per the suggestion from the folks at Ring for the Ring Pro Doorbell. In doing so, we fried the existing doorbell and wanted to make sure that there were no other lingering electrical issues. We tried to contact 2 other electricians and no one else was available. The service was prompt and Wes did a great job explaining everything and providing recommendations. While the pricing was higher than I an anticipated, I'm happy to pay a premium for quick and quality service. I'll use Brothers again in the future and would recommend you do the same.
