Broken pipe, flooded crawl space. Had to turn the water off. I was completely out of business!

Steven Hart.
Steven quickly assessed the problem, went under the house, which was flooded, and fixed the leak!

Did a great job. I have a 2 story house that has a tall roof. I have other techs out and not wanting to go on my roof because of the height. Scott took a look at it and said it was no problem. They successfully diagnosed the problem quickly, fixed the problem, and then cleaned up so well that there was no footprint to their visit other than everything now works!! I give them my highest recommendation. They were polite, professional, and easy to talk to. They did not mind me watching or asking questions. From the time I initially called on the 28th of February, 2018 and spoke with Aleshia to the conclusion of service that Zachary gave me on 1st of March, 2018 I received excellent service. 5 Star service... We had to call Bonney Plumbing on a Sunday as the tub was backing up and the kitchen sink leaking. Charlie took the call, he scheduled someone to come out in a couple hours to evaluate the situation. Dustin arrived on time, quickly went to work to assess the situation, discovered the sewer to the City hook-up needed to be replaced, our house was leaking into the crawl space under the house, kitchen sink was leaking and drain on one side was installed incorrectly, he took pictures that needed to be replaced. Dustin was very thorough in explaining the assessment, worked with us to get the proper financing for the job, scheduled an appointment for Monday to do the work under the house and the kitchen sink. The sewer replacement would be another day. Hon helped Dustin with the sewer, nice job, everything was done and cleaned up. We would use Bonney Plumbing again and recommend them to someone else.
