We’ve used Bonney’s for HVAC and plumbing needs for our homes. The service these guys provide is bar-none. We had Kirk E. do a complete diagnosis of our HVAC unit. He explained the work, provided estimate and a time frame. One thing about Bonney’s is that, they cost a bit more than your average Joe but, to me a couple of hundred dollars on a big job such as HVAC unit, is worth it for the great work and service that they do. It’s unfair to see poor reviews on yelp because of the price. They give you an up front estimate of the work. You have the option of calling the cheaper price if that’s you want.

Bonney was the first company I thought of but just to be sure, I went to HomeAdvisor.com . Sure enough, they are highly rated. I was very impressed with the promptness, knowledge, and friendliness of your technician. He explained everything and showed me different options. I was looking for a plumber to relocate a gas line for a new stove. I was directed to Bonney Plumbing and Air via the Home Advisor App. I was very pleased with the quick response from Bonney’s and had an appointment scheduled to give me a quote on my project.
I had the pleasure of meeting Guillermo and we quickly came up with a plan on what needed to be done. I had to do some prep work for Guillermo the week before and he was able to reroute the gas line that was clearly not up to code when the home was first built! Patrick and the team installed new HVAC equipment and removed the old from the attic and in the back yard. Our rugs were protected by tarps and we were informed what was done throughout the process. Had Colleen came out today to assist us in diagnostic flushing out our was water heater. She took her time to explain every questions that we had and was able to tell us step by step what she was doing. Very polite and thorough. Would recommend their services!

When you can't service something you sold me in a reasonable time I have an issue with that. I pay a premium price to use Bonny in the first place and then when I need service on a broken part I told "after 7 years things break". I get that but when you can's replace a simple part and give me the run around that is what frustrates me. I will never use Bonny again. 03/02/18 |

Sunday, our bathtub backed up, called Bonney Plumbing referred to me by my son. Charlie took the call and said he would have someone come out between 12:00 - 4:00. I was impressed that someone would be out that soon and on Sunday. Dustin H. came out, assessed the situation and informed us that we would have to replace the sewer line to the city connection, our house was leaking into the crawl space from the middle of our home, kitchen sink was leaking, and the toilet needed to be resealed. Dustin was very thorough in the information, included pictures and was concerned about the financial situation since we are seniors on a fixed income. Dustin was professional, very pleasant, provided great customer service, and explained every step of the procedure. We were notified in advance of Dustin's arrival. I wasn't there when the sewer was replaced, but did meet Kon B. on Thursday while he waited for the Inspector. The team of Joe M and Jeramy H came out to inspect my electrical panel and outlets for problem areas per an offer for this service from Bonney. Both Joe and Jeramy were highly professional and thorough...and they went even further by addressing lighting issues that are lacking in my newly purchased home and how they can be improved (by Bonney). I trust Zach Z. for his expertise of my hvac system. This time for heating, and prior A/C. He explained to me in understandable language my most probable heating issues, and provided me with thorough diagnostics / resolution. He is considerate, courteous, and customer service oriented. Zach V. is a most valuable asset to Bonney Plumbing, Electrical, Heating, Air & Rooter Service.

I thought for sure there had to be a catch, they couldn't really give FREE estimates. But no, they do just that! I had what I considered a very minor issue but needed a professional to ensure there wasn't anything major going on.
