Dave and Jeremy Fulton came to my location today to reinstall an RO system, which I learned could not be reinstalled after my remodel. They were both very courteous and polite and informative with some questions I had regarding other services. I have been using Bonney Plumbing for 2 years now at my primary residence and a secondary residence. I am very pleased with their service and will continue to recommend them. Due to cheap equipment when building, it was time to replace the furnace. I was very pleased and impressed by both Berto and Jeremy on their politeness, professionalism, and work ethics. They told me what they were going to do and what to expect. They did it just as they stated and then they went around and sealed all the non-sealed registers from the initial builder. The ole system was out in about and hour and the new system in with new up graded exhaust andd gas line in about two hours. Everything is working wonderfully. Talked wth 3 people from Bonney to get a weekend repair for a broken pressure regulator...person who first answered my call, the dispatcher and the repairman - Jacob. Discovered a water pressure problem on a Sunday and was advised by my water district that I had a broken water pressure valve. I called Bonney late in the afternoon. I was impressed with the service I received. From the person who took my call, the dispatcher who advised the technician was on his way and the work performed by Jacob. We had a new AC, heater and all ducting replaced last month. The whole team did a great job. The system is awesome and very user friendly. I love that the controller links to my phone and I can control it from anywhere. The install team was very good. They paid attention to make sure to keep things as clean as possible, which was hard since this was a huge job, but they did great. Thanks to everyone!
Matt was who did all the paperwork and reviewed with us which systems to go with. He was great and even came out to meet with us very late at night.

Have the BAM program offered by Bonney & wouldn't live without. One of the best deals you can get for $99 year. They have dedicated employees, such as
Ruben Bracamonte, who was just here to service my A/C under the BAM plan & he spent 2 hrs. just checking things out & explained in detail what he was doing & later his findings & suggestions, without any pressure. I was worried that my air conditioner might fail to operate properly in extreme high temperatures since the system was nearly twenty years old. As a result, I scheduled an appointment for an inspection of the system.
The Seevice Tehnician, Brent, arrived to my home on time and was extremely professional. He took the time to thoroughly explain to me what he was going to inspect. He was very responsive to all of my questions while maintaining a professional demeanor.
After he completed the inspection, he explained all of the operations available to me with regards to my air conditioner unit.

We lost our AC for 8 days during the heat wave! Shawn, Jory, Juliano and Eddie (new Eddie) were great. They spent all day working non stop to remove our old unit and replace with the new one. They were very polite, professional and personable. They explained everything they were doing and put up with my constant pestering to see what they were doing. They did a beautiful install and even painted all the roof outlets to match the one they worked on. I'm the envy of the neighborhood now! New Eddie was so professional, and knowledgeable, I didn't even have any idea it was his first day on the job! He did a great job soldering the new Lennox condenser, better than any copper work I can do!. This team, kept the area clean with drop cloths and vacuumed as they went and when they were finished. Upon completion, Shawn explained the use of the new system and thermostat and explained the duct test and county certification process. I kept telling them to take a break and drink some fluids (it was hot in that attic), but they all said at different times "we just want to get you comfortable as quick as we can". They put our needs before their own. Great team, very professional and we will recommend them and Bonney to any who ask. I had a major sewer back up and needed it to be fixed. As a BAM member, and having been pleased with most of Bonney's service, I called them. An appointment was scheduled between 3 and 7 pm. I cancelled a dinner with friends because of the urgency of the problem. Vincent Morris arrived shortly after 7. I had earlier been informed that he was running late. He was very professional and was able to diagnose the problem and resolve it in a timely manner. Few things are as upsetting as a sewer backup into shower and tub! Vincent mentioned that recurrences were possible. He suggested that due to the nature of the connector between the house and the sewer that replacement of the cast-iron fixture was recommended. He provided and estimate and did not pressure me to commit to the work at this time. I am seriously considering the work and will contact him in the near future VINCENT M. 06/24/17 |

Like many others, my A/C (HVAC) unit went out in my home over the weekend, and of course....on the HOTTEST DAY of the year so far 109 degrees. I emailed Bell Brothers for an appointment request Sunday afternoon, and did the same with JR Putman on Monday. Monday I got a call from Bell Brothers saying the earlier they could come out was on Thursday...and I still haven't heard back from JR Putman yet. As the days continued on with no A/C in my home, and two adults, 3 young children, and a puppy. I was able to borrow a small portable A/C from a friend, and had 5 people sleeping in the master bedroom. Since it was the only cool place in the house as the days continued in the 105+ degree range! I remembered a friend of mine (Rachel) making a comment about a friend of her's who was in the A/C business, and was asking to HVAC techs to contact her. So thinking she worked for an A/C company, I reached out to her about my issue and it turned out she works for Bonney. After talking to her I was able to get an appointment for 11:30 on Wednesday, and that my service technician's name was Jake. And sure enough Jake was at the house at 11:30, he greeted me and I showed him to my A/C unit in the backyard. I thought the A/C was toast as my friend who took a look at it said he thought the compressor was out, and the unit was making a buzzing sound, but the fan wasn't spinning. And I was thinking the entire unit would have to be replaced, but it was actually a smaller part that had my A/C unit down, and Jake found the issue, replaced the part and had my house cooling down in about 30 minutes from arrival. OVERALL: Great experience, great service, and I'm only kicking myself for not reaching out to her sooner....because she said if I'd called Monday I might have been able to have someone to my house that day!!!!! And I have already repeatedly thanked Rachel multiple times for getting someone out to my house to fix our problem so quickly, especially when it was going to take Bell Brothers 4 days to come out after speaking with them. And because of that she just gained Bonney another loyal customer for any other future issue that they can handle! JOHN M. 06/22/17 |
