We live in home built in the 1950's. We had a major leak in the main water line to the house. We called Bonney Plumbing this morning and they had a plumbing technician to us by 1:15. Our Technician name was Lupe Espinoza he was friendly, professional and got the job done. The cost was better than we had hoped and the best part is we have great water pressure now! We recently had Bonney technician Scott Kendricks check over our heating and air conditioning systems. Scott did an absolutely outstanding job. He explained everything in plain language to us. He did repairs to the nonworking air conditioning system in a timely manner and at a fair price. As he was leaving he even reprogramed our garage door opener which wasn't working at no additional charge. Whenever we need anything done in the future regarding our air, heating or plumbing systems, we will definitely call Bonney and request they send Scott. SCOTT K. 10/18/14 |

I first had a technician come to my home for an a/c issue; he called to say that he was on his way, which I always appreciate. Ryan Walter, the HVAC tech, was friendly, knowledgable and did great documentation. The pics he took of my attic unit helped to follow the description of his findings and recommendations. He made me aware of the BAM program, which I signed up for - which led to a heating tune-up visit with Barry Williams. Barry was also personable, knowledgable and consise with his diagnosese and documentation. We decided to have some work done after Barry supported some of the suggestions Ryan made about our unit, along with his own professional observations. We were satisfied that we were given enough information to proceed with the upcoming work. I would give the whole experience five stars, but wait to have the work done so my next review will be reflective of the excellent service I anticipate from this company and it's employees. Bonney Plumbing, Heating and Air have always given me top notch service. I have had my air conditioner, plumbing and my furnace serviced from them and will keep using them in the future. Barry Williams did a fantastic job servicing my furnace and I highly recommend him to all of my friends and family. All of their technicians are polite, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I was very pleased with the Emergency service that was needed today. I got help within 3 hrs. The technician's name was Dimitry. While I was stressed out he was very calm and knew what was the problem and how to fix it. He was very Friendly. I appreciate everything he did to fix the problem. This is the 2nd time we've used Bonney for a water heater and have had positive experiences a decade apart. We had the tech-is-on-his-way call on the early side of the time estimate. The 2 hr fix turned into a most-of-the-day job w/the OLD heater being replaced as the easy-fix wasn't. Landrel was professional & knowledgeable and returned the following day to install some metal sheeting around our furnace equipment (not installed by Bonney) that he noticed was deficient in heat resistant protection. If we used a by the hour tech we would have paid much more for the job, even if we found a unit at a better cost. (note- we found the water heater was approx. the same price during on-line searches.) Bonney was recommended to me by my son wo is in the construction business. I personally had never called a plumber but we had a slow toilet drain that I didn't have time to pursue so I gave Bonney a try. The dispatcher was very courteous and was able to schedule a tech the same day. Kevin Welch was here within the promised time quickly identified the problem and was done in a short time.
