This is the first time I had a technician, Scott Kendricks, from Bonney that actually solved my problem for me. He was on time, very knowledgeable and willing to do what was necessary to help with my filter situation.
He answered all my questions and was able to show me options that were available to me and gave me a good deal. I am so glad I went with Bonney for my service. 2/15/18 Matthew C was on time, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. After a quick diagnosis complete with photographs we discussed a plan for repair. I informed Matthew of my current financial status (recently separated) and we agreed he would replace a pressure switch. I also purchased a maintenance plan. After an hour I noticed it was still cold in my house. I sent Matthew an email with that information. Within 5 minutes I received 2 telephone calls and an email from Matthew. Bonney dispatched Scott K who arrived in about 45 minutes. Matthew had in formed Scott of his work and my financial status. Scott checked the newly installed pressure switch. Scott was back downstairs within 5 minutes. He told me it was fixed and it was a simple adjustment of that switch. Scott stayed for over an hour to make sure my heater was functioning correctly and I was getting heat. During that time Scott and I spoke in great detail about maintaining my HVAC system. During that time, the temperature had risen to a comfortable 72 degrees! Much better than the 63 degrees I had endured the night before. Both Matthew and Scott made me feel like I was the most important person in the world. I realize Bonney may not be the least expensive HVAC company but, I'm more concerned with quality and customer service. Where do I start? Everyone was just so professional and nice. Everybody explained what they were doing, where they were going to do it so all we had to do was get out of the way and let them work. Whenever they had a question, they would come up to us and ask and tell us why they needed to know. No stress and they took care of all the cleanup that was needed. Kirk E. came to our house to check out a 'buzzing' noise that recently developed in our downstairs ducting. He was very professional and courteous, and did a very thorough check of our heating system to help narrow down the source of the buzzing, and explain options. Representative was punctual, polite and very willing to assist me In finding a resolution to what could be a plumbing issue at my home. As it turned out he uncovered the answer to the issue and additional plumbing work was not necessary. He graciously thanked me for calling them and did not ask for any service fee. Now that is rare and most appreciated.

I selected Bonney Plumbing to install a new heat pump on the roof of my house in November, 2017. They installed a Lennox 4 ton, 15 SEER heat pump. I had picked Bonney over five other companies because I felt their reputation, pricing and long term warranty was the best. I wasn't disappointed. Their whole team was exceptional from the initial consulting to the final job completion. There were a few glitches which a phone call resulted in their service person being sent over the same day to fix. They even installed a top of the line Lennox thermostat for me at no charge. They set an appointment and came on time. Kirk took about an hour to check my heater, a/c. He even put a camera in my heater to show me the wear. He said it was free, and it was. A very thorough inspection. A very friendly guy. He put on booties to come into my house. He was easy to talk to.
