Joe M. and Jeremy H. came to provide a fee estimate on some GFI issues. They listened to and answered all my questions. They suggested a plan and provided a cost estimate. They tested the plugs in every room of my house for grounding. Even checked the grounding on the water heater! They informed me of my consumer rights. They treated me with respect and concern. He also gave me information about Bonney's new service area for electrical work, that I noticed on the company website, and asked him about. He told me he had been with Bonney about a decade, and that he really liked working for them, which showed. I trust Zach Z. for his expertise of my hvac system. This time for heating, and prior A/C. He explained to me in understandable language my most probable heating issues, and provided me with thorough diagnostics / resolution. He is considerate, courteous, and customer service oriented. Having some issues with equipment and setup but Bonnie does respond promptly to fix. We got a new system. I think they are still working out bugs. I had Bonney install a new kitchen faucet, garbage disposal, and all new valves. Guillermo performed the work. He was excellent. He gave me a range of options, costs, and let me choose what was best for me. He even explained my rights as a consumer. Guillermo did a superior job in every way. He is also a great teacher. I'm enjoying my "new" kitchen! I have scheduled an electrical estimate for next week. In the not too distant future I will want Guillermo to replace my water heater. Chris S. came to our home to service our older HVAC system and recommended several repairs to improve the overall performance and extend the life of the system. My husband, who is much more tech-savvy than I am, understood that the recommendations were reasonable and scheduled the work. Chris arrived promptly. His manner was pleasantly and professional and he made sure that everything was fully explained. He left the work site tidy and cleaned out the HVAC system, which was very dusty and full of debris from a previous remodel. Bonney called yesterday and said my annual furnace inspection was due and wanted to schedule while it was still a cold winter. I appreciated the follow-up and they made an appointment for today, the very next day. Scott K. phoned 15 min to say he was on his way and arrived right on time. Very courteous, knowledgeable about my Lennox system and previous inspection history. He said my coil was leaking and needed to be replaced. Last year's inspection showed the possibility of a leak but they couldn't pinpoint the location, so they let it be until this year. He also explained why the damage occurred and how Lennox and other systems made changes to their units since 2014 to eliminate the problem. He pointed out I had a 10-yr warranty for both parts and labor and there would be no charge, saving me $3-4 thousand. He ordered it while at my house, and we made an appt. for two days from now to install it. Great experience. For several months there has been a leak that could not be found. Only the water billed was the teller of the leak. Efforts to troubleshoot; toilet, ice maker, washing machine, sinks, landscape , crawling under the house (yuck) - no evidence. Water company came out twice, the second company man suggested the bladder on the water heater (what?). Bonney installed, so that's who was called. Cory came out, listened to the list of trouble shooting and even thought the water heater was not possible. Did his own water pressure checks - no leak in the house. But the meter showed water flowing. Okay let's check the water heater. Turned off the water supply - wow, there is was! Further checking, adjusted the bladder pressure. So far, no more 'leak'. Hopefully the next two water bills will prove Cory was skilled. And a new one for the books in the world of water heaters. Thank you Cory. CORY D. 02/19/18 |
