With some recent home repairs my shower was not given the attention needed . I ended up with a messy scary flooded shower! I called Bonney and their customer service was great giving me company information and letting me know what to expect from their qualified techs. Michael R. Arrived on time and assessed the plumbing issues. Michael gave me options... he had the piping cleared and worked on clean up ... Called Bonney this afternoon at about 2pm, greeted on the other end by a lady with delightful, and knowledgeable voice. She took the information and said a tech would be out between 4-7pm. A few mins later got call back from a very nice man who said if it was ok a tech would be here in about 30 mins. Boy that was so perfect because the house was very warm and neither of us can handle the heat well. This great, friendly, knowledgeable young man by the name of Joey Ortega appeared at our door to save the day. He checked what he needed to inside and then went right to work outside in the hot sun figuring out what needed to be done. It took a bit to figure out a part was not doing its job and needed to be replaced. That part was very expensive and just didn't fit into the budget. He said he could come up with another part and it would cut the cost and also put us on the plan for maintenance. I was able to accept the lesser part and the maintenance plan that fit into the budget. I am extremely happy with the speed, workmanship, customer service, and the positive and happy attitude in which Joey was able to be of assistance. All of the ladies at the call center were wonderful and very helpful when placing our appointment. We had a clogged condensation line which caused water to leak in the inside of our home. Our technician, Joey Ortega was amazing. He's extremely helpful and honest. He cleared the line and we also purchased a maintenance plan for the next year that includes the furnace, AC and plumbing. We will definitely recommend Bonney & Joey to our friends and be sure to request him as our technician in the future. Thanks Bonney for a great experience and quick service. When calling in I was greeted with a very nice friendly young lady. She was able to have a technician come out the same day, I was thrilled. Mr John Marshall came out early in the window time frame given. John greeted me with a great smile and friendly manner. While troubleshotting my broken AC system John explained what is what and showed me the issues I have with my system. After troubleshotting he gave me an estimate to my liking and fixed my AC system. I called at about 2pm today, Saturday, was greeted with a very nice lady on the other end of the line. she was very efficient and told me there would be a tech out between 4-7 pm today. I was thrilled. I got another call right after with a friendly man on the other end telling me he had a tech that could be here in about 30 mins. being as how it was very warm in the house we were both elated. Low and behold this absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable, friendly, tech by the name of Joey Ortega showed up at our door. He was ready to help any way he could and got right to work. He found that there was a part that wasn't doing the job and would cost quite a bit to replace, telling him our budget just couldn't handle that price he really worked on getting the A/C unit to working order and also was able to work a payment plan that I could work with. I am thrilled with both the work he did and the totally positive happy attitude he did it in. I will definitely will have Joey do the servicing again and highly recommend Bonny Plumbing, Heating, and Air to anyone who is really needing great work, friendly techs and understanding ways to work with your financial capabilities. I called Bonnie Plumming to come out and check my thermostat as my air conditioner wasn't working for about a week now! When I called the gal wasn't sure she could get me in this week but I have been a customer for a long time using them over the years for plumbing issues and last year when my heater wasn't working well! Anyway they were able to get an emergency appointment because I explained I had animals and didn't want them suffering thru this heat spell! The representative that came out was a 5 star guy he found the problem , was kind, polite and most importantly determined I only needed a thermostat and replaced even took my filter out for me so I could replace it! Robert Castle is one reason I reccomend Bonney Heating and Air Conditioning.Robert is a 5 star technition. He always put on his paper dust cover shoes though I had assured him my carpets needed cleaning, forget the paper shoes.We had a long afternoon together, approx. 3 1/2 hours.My attic must have been scorching, but he continued to check out an oil leak in the motor. Up an down, up and down. When Freon was requred, , three times Robert added some, waited and checked the temp on the outlet.I had major problems with the motor, the dusty wheel. Robert got out 8 x 10 diagrams and explained and could point out what was going on in my attic. He suggested I call a relative and discuss the problems and the costs. Instead I asked him to listt the costs of both ways to go cost wise and the benefits, and I decided a new motor was the sensible way to go. At no time did Robert ever slant his explanations one way or the other, just the facts. He wanted me to get an outside opinion. He also assured me I could cancelll the order in the next 3 days. Robert gets my 5 stars for his superior knowledge and his ability to show plans of the sites in question. so even a senior citizen could understand it..And at no time was I ever pressured, never even hinted one way may be better than the other..my decision. We had a leak on our Rental's water heater, and called Bonney to schedule service-they were prompt and professional and got someone out immediately! Steve and Robert came out right on time to take a look and presented several options to me with an estimate of how much these things would cost. I've used Bonney Plumbing twice for A/C tune ups. Can I just say, the Customer Service is A++! Twice I had to reschedule with short notice (Airline Pilot) and they were so accommodating rescheduling me for another date. Polite, courteous and on time.
