Michael R came out to Placerville to see why I had water spilling out from under my house. It turned out it wasn't coming from under the house, but from the hot water heater pressure valve. I thought I would have a disaster on my hands, but fortunately, everything was ok. Michael always makes me feel so comfortable and safe and secure. Bonney Plumbing has been so professional and quick to come when I need help. I like that they send an email confirming the appointment time and also call me before they arrive. This is the second time I have had the pleasure of having Michael R to come and help at my house. The first time he did the camera down my drain pipes and showed me on the computer how it looked as the camera was going down the pipes. He is very personable, very experienced, very calm and explains everything so nicely. This is so important in this day and age when everyone is in such a rush. Jeremy Fulton and Patrick Gannon arrived to do my BAM plumbing inspection as scheduled. I had two special concerns that I wanted fixed....they did that, and then they inspected all the regular plumbing components in the house. Their service was OUTSTANDING. "Justin was the technician that came to our home. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He was able to identify the issue and work with us and the landlord to get corrected same day. In and out in 2 hours. He was under our house checking the heater, looked over all venting, and gave a thorough review of the compressor unit. He offered our landlord multiple option from purchasing new to just fixing the problem at hand. $98 for the diagnostic. $215 to fully repair same day. I was happy to find out that Bonney has a reliable replacement for R-22 in my 27 year old cooling system. I opted for conversion to the NU-22B and the system works great. I know I'll need a new system in the future, but for now the conversion seems to be doing the trick. Thanks to the terrific technicians Joey and Justin for the superior service! I would like to take a moment to thank Bonney Plumbing Heating and Air for they're phenomenal service and great staff. I called them earlier this afternoon after my previous technician with another company couldn't repair my air conditioning unit (at this point it was 4 visits and 2 parts later since August 27th and still no AC). So I called. Bonney at 2 pm and they set me up with a late afternoon appointment and gave me a courtesy call before they arrived to let me know they were on their way. Mike Brown arrived to my house around 3:30 and I explain to him what had been going on with my air conditioning unit. He went downstairs and started performing the diagnostic and within about 10-15 minutes he found the part that was faulty and told me what the repair would cost. He had witnessed what I was having to do deal with from my warranty company to authorize him to do the work as he was already on site. Bonneys repair was much cheaper than what the other company was recommending to be fixed. I authorized Mike to do the work and he went above and beyond to help me out. Im so thankful for him as finding genuine people willing to help you is rare these days. I will be requesting Mike from as much as possible for future repairs with this company. He is the only one that seems to know what he is doing and he's only been on the job for 8 months while other technicians have been on the job longer and can't figure things out. Bonney just finished upgrades and improvement for 65 yr old house. The crew (Corey with Gabriel, Nico, Ronil, and Joe) was friendly and polite, prompt and thorough. They seem to know what they were doing at all times. Further, they worked TOGETHER! They made sure they knew who was doing what so no duplication and no safety issues for the crew either. They let me know about safety issues and kept me informed throughout the entire job. And everything was neat and tidy when they were finished! These guys were a real pleasure to work with. I bought a system 10 months ago and the recent BAM appt yielded a discovery of a potential leak. I am disappointed at this news. Luckily everything is under warranty so no money is owed. The tech that came out,Matt, was thorough, polite, and knowledgeable.
