Yesterday afternoon one of their drivers in a hydraulic tailgate truck at ampm on sunrise and Douglas stopped behind me as I was backing out he was blocking the exit dented the back of my car and told me to leave and settle down. Even after making them aware the office comes up with a BS answer so they don't have to address the fact their driver was parked illegally blocking the driveway for customers! I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING VERY RUDE WORKERS IM SURE THAT THEIR WORKMANSHIP IS EVEN WORSE!

Would give 0 if I could. Scheduled a small project on 12/27.. scheduled for 1/3 between 12-7pm. Got a reminder on 1/2 sent confirming text. Called 1/3 AM to record confirmation. Waited at home for the 1 hr prior call. At 3:30 got a call that they would need to reschedule for 1/7 ...WHAT? Don't believe their "same day". Saying I'm sorry and I apologize a number of times doesn't help. Their "famous" customer service has disappeared.

Tyler put in a new kitchen faucet for us Tuesday June2,2021. We have used Bonney for some years and had several good guys. We got lucky with Tyler. My husband is unable to do these kind of things so I need to know what is going on. Tyler answered some questions on this project and a couple things I have in mind for later. He explained clearly and simply and I am very grateful. He and Brandon were done in a timely fashion with no mess. Thanks again Tyler.

We've used Bonney before, but the job removing and replacing our hot water heater that Tyler and Chandler just completed was outstanding. Because of supply problems, Tyler had to dig deeper to find a comparable replacement that required some creative work to accommodate it. Both Tyler and Chandler were extremely polite, friendly, informative, hard-working and very professional. Tyler was also very thorough in explaining the working components of the new hot water heater. Outstanding employees, outstanding company! I used to co-own a residential construction company and believe that you have created one of the best companies in the business. I also learned about your excellent training program and will recommend to my grandson that he check out your company for possible future employment. We had a garbage disposal issue and when scheduling for service we were reminded of our maintenance service and scheduled that for the same day. Matt came out and did a thorough check of our system and although it was functioning properly, he did a thorough cleaning of the compressor outside and replaced the filter inside. I really appreciated seeing the before and after photos that he took! He even made a couple suggestions (air scubber and start assist for compressor), with estimates, and told us about the great financing that Bonny offers. One of the best purchases we have made for our home was getting the maintenance plan from Bonny. Everything Matt did today was at no charge! Super nice guy, courteous and professional! Thank you!

Tyler came out today to fix our garbage disposal. I let him know I hit the reset button and turned it manually but no luck. He looked under the sink (better that I did obviously) and discovered it was unplugged. Apparently I had knocked it loose when I was replacing filters down there a couple weeks ago. I was pretty embarrassed and he didn't even make fun of me lol. Even though it was an very easy fix, he thoroughly checked the system to make sure everything was working well and even checked the other sinks in the house to make sure they were all draining ok. Thanks for being so professional and not laughing too hard when finding the problem. Best part...no charge for today because we have a regular maintenance service with Bonney! Highly recommend it.

And he was back during the weekend to make sure the hardest part of the job could get finished before Monday. I was extremely disappointed in Ruben's lack of preparation and poor customer service when coming to my home to sell me a new HVAC system on Thurs., April 30th. He didn't have a ladder to get to the unit, was condescending with discussing finance options, and forgot to turn the unit back on inside after inspection. This lead to a requested return house call back to my home late at night and an unnecessary response that he was "doing me a favor". He also did not call me on the following day when he said that he was going to and didn't call even up to the following Monday mid-day. I had to contact his supervisor directly to attempt resolution. Unfortunately, Bonney did not meet my 5 star expectation, although I've been a customer with them for years, and I decided to go with another company that met my customer service expectations.

Scott did an excellent job with finding a leak in my coil that had not been found in the past. He filled my missing refrigerant and monitored dye in my system over a period of a month and a 1/2 and followed through with getting to the root of the issue. His professional customer service was much appreciated.

Ruben was one of the most helpful people I’ve ever met. He was very upfront about the fact that I did have the option to repair my old HVAC systems, but that it would be a waste of money in the long term because of the issues we were having with the systems, the cost of the repairs and the age of the units. We decided to replace both of our HVAC systems and get a new whole house style fan installed. Ruben could have very easily up sold us on the top of the line system, but told us that the mid-level system was enough for our residence. He bent over backwards to make sure we would get our new systems installed within a matter of days. The entire crew that came out was friendly, informative and helpful. We will always be Bonney customers based on this experience alone.

I will use Bonney for life! I was new to the Bonney family and received great customer service from Matthew Croteau for repair of my HVAC unit. As a result of our positive experience, we purchased the annual Bonney service package. Hopefully everything will continue to operate fine with our systems, but if not - we welcome Bonney back to our home when in need.

Landrel Turks was our Plumbing Service Technician from Bonney Plumbing. He was very professional, organized, courteous, and knowledgeable. First he explained the steps of the maintenance inspection. I was also invited to shadow him as he evaluated each area. There were explanations of what and why he was testing. Landrel answered all questions. Following the conclusion of the inspection he explained the issues and problems found as well as the areas that passed inspection. All work areas were also cleaned up. In addition, the estimates for repair, maintenance checklist, and receipt were emailed. Thank you for five star service from Landrel Turks of Bonney Plumbing.

We can't tell you how happy we are with Roger and his crew, Robert ,and Chris. We have a house built in the 60's,back then they used cast iron pipe, all of the cast iron pipe had to be replaced, including the sewer line. Roger dug the trench for the new sewer line on his own time. That is going above and beyond for customer service.Chris came out the next day and filled in the trench, after Roger had laid the new sewer line, These guys were phenomenal.

During the course of Mr. David Bradley working with a very difficult repair process, I conversed with him on many subjects in order to get an idea of his knowledge, intellect and professionalism. I found him to have an outstanding knowledge of his profession. He presented himself in a very amiable vocabulary way and in an optimistic attitude towards the difficult repair status that he was facing. I, hereby, highly commend him on his friendliness, job performance and professionalism. As a high ranking Officer in the Air Force, I was responsible to execute OERs (Officer Effective Reports) on 25 individuals and my expertise on their performance is what I used to give Mr. David Bradley a high "Effective Report" Had he been in my outfit, I would have had him promoted to a higher rank and thereby receive a higher monetary compensation.
