Mr. Chris Mead, a service professional out of Columbus, GA was extremely professional in replacing our broken water heater, locating our outside intake line, installing a water pressure limitation valve, and removing all of the debris on his completion. More importantly, Mr. Mead came out to the house on a Saturday afternoon (2/7/15), and never complained or fussed at all, and was extremely friendly the entire time. The repair I needed was a total bear - most of my house had to have the gas re-piped. Jason and Juan did an amazing job dealing with some pretty stressful aspects of the project, all with good cheer and professionalism. They finished much more quickly than anticipated. The fees were fair and Jason worked with me to get the (large) amount paid off. The price was about what we expected it to be, busted pipes can get expensive however it was not outrageous. I was stunned at the price of a new faucet. I went to Home Depot to look for the faucet you installed in my kitchen. The closest one I could find was under $200.00. That means the labor was $300.00.
You also charged me full price for the call even though I signed up for the Ben Franklin Society.

The service was prompt and courteous. The price was outrageous. I was charged 671.00 for a kitchen sink faucet.

As soon as I called, there was a technician on the way who arrived within 30 minutes. Joseph explained the problem and gave me my options for repair and price points. Thomas and Hosa came out Sunday . This wasn't the first time in the past couple of months we needed a plumber. The two men worked constantly over an hour and explained every thing being done along the way. They have a camera mounted on their equipment to take pictures while under the house. Company very responsive to initial phone inquiry. Technician arrived quickly and two technicians returned next morning to do the work, even though it was a Saturday. Both technicians performed work professionally and politely. Cost of repairs were much higher than originally anticipated (although not higher than the official estimate they provided). They are ready to help, receptionist was prompt in getting some one out to your residence.
