My husband and I plus my sister and neighbor thought Chris went well beyond our expectations. He was the most courteous professional we ever had to deal with especially in an emergency like we had. What great service! I had an emergency call out around 8:00pm and after business hours, due to a busted and leaking water heater. I did a Google Search looking for Plummers in my local area with hopes to find one that had 24/7 emergency service.
After calling, I received a call back within a half hour and was told that they do have on-call Plummers available and can send 2 Techs to arrive tonight. After they arrived and determined around 10:00pm that this was not a repair, but needed a replacement water heater, they cut off the water at the street and they went back to their Warehouse to pick up a replacement water heater and said they would return right away with it to install it tonight. They made the return round trip in less than one hour with the replacement water heater and started the removal of the old unit and installation of the new water heater.
Juan the Ben Franklin Technician / Plummer is very skilled and very efficient with his work. They stayed until nearly 1:00am to complete the installation and get the new one running. Juan even scheduled a return trip the next morning (Saturday) to go on the roof and install the pipe cap, and we also contracted them to install a new pressure valve regulator at the Water meter at the street. He arrived on Saturday at exactly 10:00am as promised to complete this task as well.
Outstanding service and I would highly recommend Ben Franklin Plumming in Columbus, Ga. for any of your plumming needs. I sincerely thank them for the emergency call out after business hours late on a Friday night and their prompt service to resolve this issue.

Joseph Moore removed a non-functional Noritz Tankless Hot Water Heater and installed a new NAVIEN Tankless Hot Water Heater on Wednesday, November 16th,2016. My most welcome hot water was returned to me in less than 5 hours. Joseph thoroughly explained the new hotwater heater advantages over the old Noritz unit which was 8 years old. We have always used Ben Franklin Plumbing for our home plumbing issues. When we called them last wk for an under sink issue, Thomas showed up and stayed late that night came back the next two days early and didnt leave til later in evening. This was a major job, butThomas was knowledgeable, PATIENT with our questions and stayed until the Company's end of the issue was completed. Thomas went above and beyond the call of duty on a few occasions. Benjamin Franklin, Please know what an Awesome, Caring , Employee you have in Thomas Whitely.

At 4:00 in the afternoon we discovered that the old water heater under the house had rusted out and it was gushing water into the crawlspace. We called Ben Franklin Plumbing and Thomas came over.
